“Why do I write this? Because people matter! When you’re spending hard earned money you want to feel no regret! Well, the burgers are worth every penny. I’ve tried the Mushroom Swiss and the Philly — Philly thus far is still my favorite pick. My son had the Heifer (Heff-a) and said it was the best burger he’s ever had. And, If black folks like your mac-n-cheese then you can trust that it’s good. And, I liked it … a lot! Y’all we live by the airport so if we are cool with driving all the way out then… c’mon y’all, you know it’s good. And, the young lady who took our order made our experience that much more grand! Oh yea, the fries were just a tad too crispy, so if you like softer fries ask that they be pulled sooner.“

Discriminates against deaf and walks away and refuses to serve the deaf. Made no attempt to provide accommodation to communicate, even though a text message option was offered to him. That is a SERIOUS ADA violation. He does not belong there. The other employees are always accommodating and polite. This man needs to be FIRED! Deaf accessibility Communication disabled due to deafness. Manager wearing green shirt cooking burgers at 09:30 pm on Friday, April 14, 2023 has no time nor willingness to deal with the deaf!!!!!!! Violation of ADA federal laws of providing public services to people of all abilities. This NEEDS the attention of District or Regional Managers or OWNER!!!! This IS a FEDERAL violation to refuse to provide a public service. Further, it was humiliating to be singled out due to being deaf on a busy Friday night. Their lobby was full of patrons both adults and children present. This is discrimination and violated every ounce of dignity. The deaf bleed red and have a right to work, eat in public places, and be treated as a human being like other able bodied hearing people. Thankfully, the regular staff member was kind enough to assist me and read my text message for assistance. She kindly assisted me and double checked my order to make sure everything was accounted for. She should be the manager there, not that foolish one who is too arrogant to know that the ADA Federal protects all people's ability to access all public services and products. I wish I stopped long enough to get her name, but I left too quickly because I felt so humiliated and bullied by her manager.“

“very good service awesome manager brought my wife's dipped cone out as she was finishing our late lunch and I'm a more slower chewer so the young man hung back when he saw me push my basket to middle of the table he had my flipped cone ready to serve I shook his hand and thanked him for great service these guys deserve as much praise as the clinical scientist do for keeping us safe I watch him clean two tables with sanitizer but let customer fully leave I am always stopping in this DQ THANKS AGSIN !!!“

Table service time was a bit slow, but they were understaffed, so given the reasonable bad circumstances the waiters dealt with it was still adequate. This location is 100% better than the other one up the road to the North.“

“Yal this has been the best sonic I have found in 5+ years! I really just stopped going, but after my boyfriend moved to this area I really wanted to try it and and it did not disappoint! Food was fantastic and service idk her name but she was was so sweet and speedy thankful yal have customer service like that. I had a peanut butter banana milkshake omg that was fire! And a footlong chili coney and the onion rings. My 2nd visit I went and got the #1 triple burger omg best burger I've put in my mouth in a long time. “My two boys (7 & 2) and I stopped for dinner. Haleigh was our server AND our cook because she was the only one there! When we sat down, she was cooking another order but explained she would be with us just as soon as she was done. Once she delivered their food, she came and took our order and played/teased my 2 year old while doing so. She was so nice and sweet while taking our order and making our food (for 3 people mind you), and while making faces at my toddler while she was cooking. He was having a ball and making faces back to her. Most people would be in an awful mood having to do it all by themselves but Haleigh did it with a smile and a cheerful attitude! She helped us from having a toddler hangry meltdown while doing it all. Woman 10000% deserves a raise!!“

“I always get a steak biscuit with egg and a 2 pack Cinnamon/Raisin Biscuit. However, on this visit they didn't have any CR Biscuits....only Cinnamon Rolls. I wasn't gonna try them. But the young lady working the window encouraged me to. They were 2 for 5.00. So i got 2. Took them home, heated em up slightly. And BAM!! Too much deliciousness in one package. Thanks Hardee's. And thanks to the young lady in the drive thru window service. I'll certainly be back this weekend.“

“I visited this Burger King last night, and it was quite busy. I went inside to place my order, and several people were waiting for their orders to come out. I soon realized that there were only three employees present, which explains my 30 minute wait. I'm writing this review to highlight Dale's excellent customer service. He was running back and forth, taking orders, grabbing ice, and preparing orders. He did the most with the least. I've worked in customer service, retail, and hospitality, so I know ball. Dale, you deserve a promotion AND a raise for your work ethic.“
