Sprite is good, but Sierra Nevada’s Hazy Little Thing is even better, which is always on draft. Come for the burgers. Stay for more burgers. Loaded fries are good too.“

Discriminates against deaf and walks away and refuses to serve the deaf. Made no attempt to provide accommodation to communicate, even though a text message option was offered to him. That is a SERIOUS ADA violation. He does not belong there. The other employees are always accommodating and polite. This man needs to be FIRED! Deaf accessibility Communication disabled due to deafness. Manager wearing green shirt cooking burgers at 09:30 pm on Friday, April 14, 2023 has no time nor willingness to deal with the deaf!!!!!!! Violation of ADA federal laws of providing public services to people of all abilities. This NEEDS the attention of District or Regional Managers or OWNER!!!! This IS a FEDERAL violation to refuse to provide a public service. Further, it was humiliating to be singled out due to being deaf on a busy Friday night. Their lobby was full of patrons both adults and children present. This is discrimination and violated every ounce of dignity. The deaf bleed red and have a right to work, eat in public places, and be treated as a human being like other able bodied hearing people. Thankfully, the regular staff member was kind enough to assist me and read my text message for assistance. She kindly assisted me and double checked my order to make sure everything was accounted for. She should be the manager there, not that foolish one who is too arrogant to know that the ADA Federal protects all people's ability to access all public services and products. I wish I stopped long enough to get her name, but I left too quickly because I felt so humiliated and bullied by her manager.“

“I visited this Burger King last night, and it was quite busy. I went inside to place my order, and several people were waiting for their orders to come out. I soon realized that there were only three employees present, which explains my 30 minute wait. I'm writing this review to highlight Dale's excellent customer service. He was running back and forth, taking orders, grabbing ice, and preparing orders. He did the most with the least. I've worked in customer service, retail, and hospitality, so I know ball. Dale, you deserve a promotion AND a raise for your work ethic.“

“My two boys (7 & 2) and I stopped for dinner. Haleigh was our server AND our cook because she was the only one there! When we sat down, she was cooking another order but explained she would be with us just as soon as she was done. Once she delivered their food, she came and took our order and played/teased my 2 year old while doing so. She was so nice and sweet while taking our order and making our food (for 3 people mind you), and while making faces at my toddler while she was cooking. He was having a ball and making faces back to her. Most people would be in an awful mood having to do it all by themselves but Haleigh did it with a smile and a cheerful attitude! She helped us from having a toddler hangry meltdown while doing it all. Woman 10000% deserves a raise!!“

“I always get a steak biscuit with egg and a 2 pack Cinnamon/Raisin Biscuit. However, on this visit they didn't have any CR Biscuits....only Cinnamon Rolls. I wasn't gonna try them. But the young lady working the window encouraged me to. They were 2 for 5.00. So i got 2. Took them home, heated em up slightly. And BAM!! Too much deliciousness in one package. Thanks Hardee's. “I'm amazed at the amount of bad reviews for this place. I'm from Ohio, and Hardee's blows away every other burger chain I've known. I've been at this location about a dozen times. The food is always great and the staff very cool. Breakfast and lunch, this is my go-to naughty food. Never disappoints! The only other burger joint I've been to this good is a small family owned shake shop that's only open during the summer and serves the local community with love. And Hardee's captured that!“
