Steak 'n Shake is a restaurant that serves tasty food with great service. Customers order at a kiosk and receive their food when their number is called. Drinks can be obtained by scanning a QR code, which some find confusing for dine-in. The garlic burger is a popular option, and the fries are also a hit. Many customers enjoy the fresh and tasty food, including the buffalo sauce tenders. The restaurant has clean bathrooms and a spacious parking lot, making it a convenient spot for families with kids, who feel comfortable and entertained. The cotton candy shake is a favorite, and customer service is consistently friendly and respectful.
