They give you baby servings don't fix your food the way you tell them to with online service and never answer the phone
I’ve never seen a chipotle run this terribly. I got there at 8:15 and there was a very long line with one employee working the food line and running the cash register by himself. I saw another employee working the to go line. Another employee came out and got gloves on and I thought oh great, someone to help. No, he came to a woman three people behind me in line - I guess a friend of his- to get her order and went back and made her food in the to go line. I ended up leaving...read full review
