“I loved biscuit express. I was a bored housewife and decided to get a job there, it looked like fun. didn't need the money, just a new set of walls to look at and to get out of the house sometimes, shopping gets old. was threatened almost daily with being written up because of a hypocritical manager who said one thing and did another. one such example was "you can't handle out the food until the transaction it completely done" (paraphrased for space) and yet i read on Facebook how sone guy got his for free because he forgot his wallet. And all of these "write ups" are per owner Brandee Anderson or we are told. now as someone who has been in the fast food industry for over 30 years and only wants to work because she feels like it. I know you need to do something about the management issues, because your Meridianville location is ran by "do what i say and not what I do" managers. aka look at the cameras. want more information call me.. and don't forget your cell phone "policy" you are losing a lot of good money and people because of management, maybe the owner need to ask the staff, ones that have nothing to lose, about it.“

“Food is wonderful. Had an issue with getting substitutions and had to wait 5 mins at the counter and go back in a second time. I think the young man working the counter and took my order over phone needs to go back through phone class or the phone class trainer needs an evaluation.“

“Between here and the converted bus, I've been eating El Cazador's food for about 15 years. I've tried almost all items available, but the tacos are my go-to. Beef cheek, spicy pork, chicken, you name it, it's always delicious, tender, fresh, and full of flavor! I'd like to personally thank the workers there for making all my taco dreams become a taco reality.“

“Absolutely delicious. Fast and friendly service. The dining room was a lil dirty looking when we first walked in, but they looked to have just come down from a busy moment and someone came out and started cleaning. A higher up management guy was there and was super nice. Even gave my kids some gummy packs. I do wish they had a choice of no dye and no sugar gummy but I loved the sentiment. I also loved the option of keto options.“

“very good service awesome manager brought my wife's dipped cone out as she was finishing our late lunch and I'm a more slower chewer so the young man hung back when he saw me push my basket to middle of the table he had my flipped cone ready to serve I shook his hand and thanked him for great service these guys deserve as much praise as the clinical scientist do for keeping us safe I watch him clean two tables with sanitizer but let customer fully leave I am always stopping in this DQ THANKS AGSIN !!!“

“Antonietta and her team work hard and do a great job. The service at this Zaxby's is excellent, and I go out of my way to go to this location over any of the other ones in the area. The team is happy to see me and efficient at their jobs, and the food temperature and portions are consistently good! There is usually good Christian music playing and an overall positive atmosphere. I highly recommend this restaurant for some good chicken fingers!“

“Every morning I come here and I get a chicken biscuit or a bacon egg and cheese biscuit.

And then I get an ice d coffee. I don't think your iced coffee is very good. I don't even really enjoy it when I get it. I get it every morning. Why do I do that? I can make iced coffee at home. It would take me 30 seconds. But I get the iced coffee here.

“I’d like the to shake the hand of the person who s running this tight ship at chic filet on university. They should be recognized with the highest honor their industry bestows. Nice, polite, efficient young men and women hustling every day to come to your car and quickly take your order and keep em moving!! 30 cars wrapped around the building everyday and I’ve never spent more than five minutes in line. It’s fresh and hot and the employees look happy to see you! Sir or mam keep doing what you’re you’re doing because we your customers appreciate you for this!“

“We ate breakfast on Halloween morning, Ms. Bailey talked to our family and my twin boys love her! She was so sweet and they pretended to be pirates (she had her costume on)! When I put my son to sleep after a big Halloween, I asked him his favorite part about his whole Halloween. He said it was seeing and talking to Ms. Bailey the pirate. Kindness goes a long way for the little ones, they remember the small stuff. Thank you Bailey for being awesome!“

“The food was very fresh, from the bread to the meats. I ordered 2 footlocker meatball subs and a 6 inch cold cut. The bread was soft and fresh. Everything tasted clean lime they care for the food. By far, the best Subway I have tried being in Huntsville. Custo.er service was great and the restaurant was exceptionally clean. I will return again. Amazing job!“

“ADA VIOLATION AND DISCRIMINATION 04/14/2023 09:37 pm Steak and Shake University Drive location Huntsville, Alabama Manager? Wearing green long sleeve cooking hamburgers @ 09:30ish this evening. Discriminates against deaf and walks away and refuses to serve the deaf. Made no attempt to provide accommodation to communicate, even though a text message option was offered to him. That is a SERIOUS ADA violation. He does not belong there. The other employees are always accommodating and polite. This man needs to be FIRED! Deaf accessibility Communication disabled due to deafness. Manager wearing green shirt cooking burgers at 09:30 pm on Friday, April 14, 2023 has no time nor willingness to deal with the deaf!!!!!!! Violation of ADA federal laws of providing public services to people of all abilities. This NEEDS the attention of District or Regional Managers or OWNER!!!! This IS a FEDERAL violation to refuse to provide a public service. Further, it was humiliating to be singled out due to being deaf on a busy Friday night. Their lobby was full of patrons both adults and children present. This is discrimination and violated every ounce of dignity. The deaf bleed red and have a right to work, eat in public places, and be treated as a human being like other able bodied hearing people. Thankfully, the regular staff member was kind enough to assist me and read my text message for assistance. She kindly assisted me and double checked my order to make sure everything was accounted for. She should be the manager there, not that foolish one who is too arrogant to know that the ADA Federal protects all people's ability to access all public services and products. I wish I stopped long enough to get her name, but I left too quickly because I felt so humiliated and bullied by her manager.“

“I have been eating at bojangles in since I was a little boy in Georgia, the chicken biscuit is like a corner stone in my life that my parents introduced to me and I to my children now. In the current year of 2023 it sure would be nice if the bojangles online orders offered google pay, PayPal and Apple Pay as a quick check out mechanism why are we forced to use the old fashioned credit card routine? Why and I mean WHY is bojangles not even listed on the DoorDash map? Come on bojangles get with the program y’all are missing out on some serious money not having these as available options!! “First time going here and as I was ordering a guy in drive thru had a heart attack...regardless of the chaotic situation that unfolded(employees went out and started helping the guy until hemsi got there), I still got my food pretty quick. “I went to the Jordan LN location because well I live in the Stovehouse district and Bob Wallace had been closed. Their speaker system was working at the drive thru so I went to a stall to sit there for 20 mins without any acknowledgement. I said screw this I'm going to the Moores Mill location and let's be honest you can tell the employees really care about that location.

I pulled into a stall to be created by a very friendly voice and her name is Samiya. She took my order and brought it out quickly and I explained to her that I was determined to try this new Tropical Heat burger and the Pineapple/Coconut Ice cream situation. I also told her how the Jordan lane location either needs to be shut down or at least renovated because there's always something wrong.

“We had waited next door at the Waffle House for over one hour. It was my granddaughter’s graduation day from 5th grade & we have made it a long standing tradition to attend her awards day & then take her for breakfast as a way to celebrate her year long achievements. We went next door to Hardee’s, located on Hwy 53 & let me tell you what an awesome experience we had there. A beautiful young woman named Netta (?) greeted us with a smile, took our order with ease & accuracy. There was a large group of us & we had briefly explained what was going on. She attentively listened & told us to have a seat anywhere we liked. She then served all of us at our tables vs calling us up to the counter to get our food. Asked us if we needed anything else. She was absolutely awesome!!! The food was freshly made & very good. However, Netta is the one factor that made that happenstance visit to that Hardee’s that morning amazing. She deserves every kudo we & anyone else gives her. She shined & made that Hardee’s restaurant shine too! I will definitely go back to this particular Hardee’s just because of her in the future & highly recommend that anyone else that way to stop in. You will have a wonderful experience if she’s on shift. It was all about our newly graduated 5th grader, now going into 6th grade & she still brags about Ms Netta & the experience we had that morning. That says a lot when a person can leave a mark like that on a 11 year old. Great job Netta & keep up your fabulous customer service skillset. 😁“

“This Zaxby’s is always good. But today it was the best ever!!! There was a new manager working , his named was Cody and he spoke to everyone. The atmosphere was so upbeat and all the employees seemed to be enjoying their jobs . They all made eye contact and were so polite and friendly . I think the person working the counter was Hillary . Very nice young lady .“

“I'm amazed at the amount of bad reviews for this place. I'm from Ohio, and Hardee's blows away every other burger chain I've known. I've been at this location about a dozen times. The food is always great and the staff very cool. Breakfast and lunch, this is my go-to naughty food. Never disappoints! The only other burger joint I've been to this good is a small family owned shake shop that's only open during the summer and serves the local community with love. And Hardee's captured that!“

“It's a mixed review bc the food is always great, the staff always quick and courteous. My order was just wrong. I ordered a 9 piece spicy tender and got huge pieces of chicken instead. I always get tenders because I'm not a fan of regular chicken. I just wish the order had been correct. I didn't eat the bone-in chicken but my husband had some which he said was good as usual. I just wish I had something to eat also. But like I said, still a great spot!“

“Mom and I were here for lunch this afternoon and once again, the food was absolutely delicious. The staff are friendly each time mom and I visit, which is always a good thing! Whenever I'm on a lunch break and I decide to go by myself to Firehouse Subs, I like to use the app (takeout) order and it's fast and easy to use.“

“Although I haven't been there much lately ,this is by far the best Subway restaurant I have been to. It's close to home maybe a 1/4 mile away. Got turned off from Subway on Martin Road behind the airport in Madison as a complete rip off but as close to work but another story as don't like being ripped off as not running a charity here. One off of Drake and the parkway kind of skipped and asked for tips .Either way the South parkway Subway loaded my sandwich down and I didn't starve to death like some of the others. This Subway is the best, as not running a charity here. They are honest, give you what you pay for and respect you. It's hard to eat under the current administration, but this Subway always makes the subs like on the commercials or atleast close, most don't and rip you off. Ran by good people who probably need business but do the right thing and don't rip you off like the other Subways I have visited. I love this place, you get what you pay for here!!“
