“100% top-tier Philly sandwiches… You can’t go wrong with the classic cheesesteak, And if you plan on spending $20 anyway… You should definitely give the Wagyu Cheesesteak a shot. I’m so glad they finally got the Cajun seasoning for the complementary seasonings at the counter, The fries are some of the best I’ve ever had and the cajun seasoning is best on both the sandwich and the fries. 100% worth every dollar… Plus my wife says that the chicken bacon ranch was spot on!“

“Above and beyond customer care. Ordered 2 veggie sandwiches online with marinara sauce. I came to the store and the lady told me she did not put marinara sauce in the sandwiches since it has meatballs dipped into it, therefore making the marinara sauce not vegetarian. It was very smart and considerate of her to realize my sandwiches were vegetarian and I had selected a part that would make it not vegetarian. This was true customer care, thank you.“

“I pass by this place every day. Little did I know that it’s the only Quiznos in Alabama. The sandwich was okay, but expensive for the size. I had got 2 sandwiches and it was $32. I could’ve went to Publix for a cheaper deal.

I’m a nostalgic nut, though. I remember seeing the Quiznos commercials on TV. I had never ate at one, so I was fortunate to stop by and grab a bite.“

“When I walked into Jersey Mikes, after a long, labor-intensive day navigating myself through cold, rough, and deep waters. I felt a presence like no other. There was a man behind the counter named Lucus Ching who’s craftsmanship and attention to detail was like no other, as if watching the God of Subs prepare my sandwich. When I went to order he talked to me with such a soft, tender, charismatic voice, like a siren luring me into the water. He says “welcome in” and as I walk closer, it feels like I get further away, due to his powerful, otherworldly presence. As he takes my order, I shake, not because I felt intimidated, but because his customer service and communication skills were beyond anything I was expecting. He took our order quick, went to work, and crafted the most amazing sub, too good to be in the same category as any other food. As he handed me my sub, he smiled and said “Thank you for choosing Jersey Mikes, please come again” that soft, reassuring farewell made me feel like a kid again, hearing my mothers voice for the first time. I’ve come back many times since, not only because the sub was amazing, but because he made me feel a part of a family.“

“Was not very happy about my chicken salad sandwich. Both bread and chicken salad were very dry. Very hard to eat with out having to take a drink with every bite. Flavor was OK. Might try it again, but will look at chicken salad before ordering to see how dry it is.“

“Mom and I were here for lunch this afternoon and once again, the food was absolutely delicious. The staff are friendly each time mom and I visit, which is always a good thing! Whenever I'm on a lunch break and I decide to go by myself to Firehouse Subs, I like to use the app (takeout) order and it's fast and easy to use.“

Got turned off from Subway on Martin Road behind the airport in Madison as a complete rip off but as close to work but another story as don't like being ripped off as not running a charity here. One off of Drake and the parkway kind of skipped and asked for tips .Either way the South parkway Subway loaded my sandwich down and I didn't starve to death like some of the others. This Subway is the best, as not running a charity here. They are honest, give you what you pay for and respect you. It's hard to eat under the current administration, but this Subway always makes the subs like on the commercials or atleast close, most don't and rip you off. Ran by good people who probably need business but do the right thing and don't rip you off like the other Subways I have visited. I love this place, you get what you pay for here!!“

“The ABSOLUTE BEST Subway in Huntsville! Nice decor, clean throughout, food great! But the greatest thing about this Subway, is the people!!! Well trained, they give great suggestions, willing to help but most of all, they greet you with a big smile and are so pleasant! I am gluten sensitive and can't do a lot of bread, but this is my go to for all things veggie! A salad, wrap or sandwich (I just leave the bread)!“

“We go to this subway over others bc the workers have been consistently good natured, and cooperative with our requests to add extra veggies, etc. and don’t make us feel like they are trying to skimp on quantities like the one on South Parkway.“

“Always my go to for chain restaurant cheese steaks. Lately however they seem to be making the sandwiches weird. Stacking meat on one side of sub instead of evenly spread out but otherwise still edible. A bit pricy, try to shop around for local hole in wall places.“

Seems like it gets really busy during lunch, and for good reason! I usually stop by here when I can on my break and I trust that they’ll get my food to me quick as they can.“
