“Our recent experience totally restored our satisfaction with the south parkway Zaxby’s after slow experiences a couple years ago. Pickup was a breeze. I arrived early for my online order and general manager Antonietta greeted me super friendly. She even accelerated my order ahead of drivethru once I arrived. I had made some meal changes and they got everything right, no mistakes, full napkins/plasticware/straws everything. Food was still fresh and hot when I got home. Will be going back soon!“

“Every morning I come here and I get a chicken biscuit or a bacon egg and cheese biscuit.

And then I get an ice d coffee. I don't think your iced coffee is very good. I don't even really enjoy it when I get it. I get it every morning. Why do I do that? I can make iced coffee at home. It would take me 30 seconds. But I get the iced coffee here.

“Was not very happy about my chicken salad sandwich. Both bread and chicken salad were very dry. Very hard to eat with out having to take a drink with every bite. Flavor was OK. Might try it again, but will look at chicken salad before ordering to see how dry it is.“

“Team is ALWAYS super helpful and very supportive even knowledgeable on every item and deals. I’ve been to many Zaxby’s but this is by far my most favorite one. I come by every single day with my food always hot and tasting good! Managers are always on top of things and always supporting the team. Would recommend 10x over!!“

“I love the fast friendly service. The food is always good the employees are always nice friendly & helpful but the one thing i do NOT like is that they are there to take your order before you can even get up to the menu and see what you want. Dang let me pull up to the menu and stare at it for a minute. But nooooo y'all have them ppl right there pressing you to order NOW how can I order NOW if I can't even get close enough to the menu to see what I want? At any rate today was my 1st time ever ordering breakfast at Chick-fil-A & I had to get what ever the girl that takes orders suggested because I have no idea what's on the breakfast menu but the iced coffee she suggested was magnificent“

“We ate breakfast on Halloween morning, Ms. Bailey talked to our family and my twin boys love her! She was so sweet and they pretended to be pirates (she had her costume on)! When I put my son to sleep after a big Halloween, I asked him his favorite part about his whole Halloween. He said it was seeing and talking to Ms. Bailey the pirate. Kindness goes a long way for the little ones, they remember the small stuff. Thank you Bailey for being awesome!“

“Big ups to Zaxby’s at 1025 Memorial Parkway! The customer service here is TOP TIER, but I have to give a special shoutout to my Zaxby’s bestie, Trix! And I definitely don’t want to leave out the other young lady working outside with her. I didn’t catch her name since she didn’t have a name tag on, but she deserves her flowers too!

These ladies are outside in the heat taking orders and STILL have the best attitudes! Friendly, attentive, easy to talk to, and genuinely pleasant. Trix had me laughing… that girl is just a whole vibe! They made me feel welcomed instead of feeling like I was simply the next car in line.

I’m only taking a tiny fraction of a point off for one small thing at the window. When serving milkshakes, please give those cups a quick wipe if the shake has dripped down the sides. Most of us are putting them straight into our cup holders, and nobody wants to discover later that their delicious milkshake left them a sticky little souvenir in the car. Lol It’s a small detail, but it would make an already great experience even better.

And I say that with love because I KNOW that window team is working hard and moving those orders! Overall, amazing service, great attitudes, and another great experience.

“This is the first chic fil a I've ever gone to and had to physically wait over 5 minutes once getting to the front. Your usually in and out no matter if the line is wrapped around the store. I only ordered a bowl with yogurt as the side.“
