“My husband and I went in 20 minutes to closing. They were cleaning and no one was there but us. I felt bad for ordering so late and apologized. We were told no need to apologize and that they were happy to have us! They asked if it was for there or to go. Told that we would take it to go and not have them have to wait on us. We were genuinely encouraged to stay if we wanted and that they were used to having people want to hang out late. We were very impressed by how friendly staff was. Food was made fresh and was delicious. Very flavorful! Definitely not your typical fast food place.“

“Antonietta and her team work hard and do a great job. The service at this Zaxby's is excellent, and I go out of my way to go to this location over any of the other ones in the area. The team is happy to see me and efficient at their jobs, and the food temperature and portions are consistently good! There is usually good Christian music playing and an overall positive atmosphere. I highly recommend this restaurant for some good chicken fingers!“

“Every morning I come here and I get a chicken biscuit or a bacon egg and cheese biscuit.

And then I get an ice d coffee. I don't think your iced coffee is very good. I don't even really enjoy it when I get it. I get it every morning. Why do I do that? I can make iced coffee at home. It would take me 30 seconds. But I get the iced coffee here.

“I’d like the to shake the hand of the person who s running this tight ship at chic filet on university. They should be recognized with the highest honor their industry bestows. Nice, polite, efficient young men and women hustling every day to come to your car and quickly take your order and keep em moving!! 30 cars wrapped around the building everyday and I’ve never spent more than five minutes in line. It’s fresh and hot and the employees look happy to see you! Sir or mam keep doing what you’re you’re doing because we your customers appreciate you for this!“

“Was not very happy about my chicken salad sandwich. Both bread and chicken salad were very dry. Very hard to eat with out having to take a drink with every bite. Flavor was OK. Might try it again, but will look at chicken salad before ordering to see how dry it is.“

“This Zaxby’s is always good. But today it was the best ever!!! There was a new manager working , his named was Cody and he spoke to everyone. The atmosphere was so upbeat and all the employees seemed to be enjoying their jobs . They all made eye contact and were so polite and friendly . I think the person working the counter was Hillary . Very nice young lady .“

“We ate breakfast on Halloween morning, Ms. Bailey talked to our family and my twin boys love her! She was so sweet and they pretended to be pirates (she had her costume on)! When I put my son to sleep after a big Halloween, I asked him his favorite part about his whole Halloween. He said it was seeing and talking to Ms. Bailey the pirate. Kindness goes a long way for the little ones, they remember the small stuff. Thank you Bailey for being awesome!“

“I am a regular at Rocket City Tavern and highly recommend their food and happy hour drinks. The bartender Liz is fantastic and always knows what I want as soon as I sit down. Between the food, drinks and exceptional service I won't go anywhere else after work! Thank you RCT!“

“I walked into KFC to get a family meal. I purchased the 16 piece bucket, coleslaw, Mac and cheese, mashed pottoes, and gravy, and biscuits. The staff were pleasant to interact with. I placed my order and even though it was a large order, the order was completed reasonably quickly. I made it home and saw that my entire order was correct. Everything was delicious. The Mac and cheese recommended to me, when I asked for recommendations, was delicious. The least favorite part of my meal was the biscuits. They were a tiny bit dry, to me. My son, of course, tore them up. I spent roughly 54 bucks for the entire order. I felt like the price was right where it needed to be, considering the amount of food I took home. I will be back again soon for my famous bowl and sweet tea. In case I didn't mention it, their sweet tea is delicious.“
