“Gotta give them props! I eat out a lot & not very many places can get 5 stars on the food, the service, & the atmosphere but, Captian D's got it on all 3. We went inside to set down & eat. Ordered food, waited not even 5 minutes & got our food. We (2 people) got the family pack (10 pcs of fish with 2 sides of choice & hush puppies). Got fries & corn on the cob for the sides. It was a whole foam container of fries & 4, 5 inch pcs of corn on the cob. It was $39.39 which ins't bad for that amount of food. We both got full & had some to take home for under $40. The service was top notch which is hard to find anymore. Overall we were impressed. Highly recommended for sure!!“

“Im a Frisco man. I love the Frisco burgers and breakfast sammichs. Hardee's still has the best biscuits of any fast food place. I love to dine in fpr breakfast because the smells are nostalgic. Never had a bad experience with Hardee's.“

“Went to Wendy’s tonight around 9pm. I ordered a #9. Simple as could be. You would think? I got my order and the burger seemed small to be a the Bourbon Bacon Burger. I checked it and it was pathetic. I have never had anything negative to say about Wendy’s, but tonight was not a great experience. The burger didn’t have all of the ingredients on it and it only had one tiny piece of bacon. It was literally a patty, a slice of cheese, and a tiny piece of bacon. The bun was hard around the edges as if it had been sitting under a warmer all day. I circled back around to return the food, but I had already been sitting in the drive thru for what seemed like an hour to order anyway. I was tired and hungry and ready to go home. I tried calling the store to voice my disappointment but I didn’t get an answer. So I am resorting to an online review. I don’t typically make complaints on food orders, but to pay $10 for a burger that was beyond pathetic was very disappointing and then I didn’t even get a receipt for my order either so I have no proof of my order. I’m sorry to say It was a very pitiful experience. I ended up going to a different restaurant to order a meal.“

“I neglected to ask the young man his name but he's the recent new hire that was on the clock at about 6:15p on 08/19/2025. He was at the server line when I walked in and was ready to take my order. He was very polite and patient with himself with remembering the process of making orders. He made sure both my sandwiches were neat before cutting them and wrapping them up. I dont mean to embarrass him or anything but you have yourselves a young man who's eager to work and learn to better familiarize himself with your processes. It was refreshing to walk in and see him take his job serious. Thank you!“

“Not sure his name but I know he was a new employee and he was from Louisiana, been living with his mom in Tennessee and now at his dads in Athens. He is a great and pleasant asset to Arbys there in Athens! Hopefully he gets to visit Pappadeaux and hopefully he’s a long term employee! I ordered the Fish and he took the time to come over and see how it was and was a present conversation!“

“I am not making a review concerning the food, I am just giving 5 stars due to a certain employees pleasant attitude. I just went through the drive-thru and Angel kindly apologized for the delay. When I got to the window he was friendly and polite, didn’t rush me, and acted happy to be working. Often you don’t see people working during the Holiday week with a great attitude because of the rush and desiring time off (which people should get time off). However, Angel’s attitude made the experience easy and maybe even made my food taste a little better :)“
