“I went to Culver’s in Hazel Green today because I love the mushroom burger. There was two girls taking orders outside and I ask that they not cook my meat so well done. When I got to the window I again reminded the young lady about not cooking my burger so well done. She replied that Culver’s required them to cook all meat well done. I then told her that a lot of people on fb are complaining about over cooked meat. She said the management was aware and her job was to go around and help open new stores and was soon leaving there. I then got my diet root beer and pulled forward and then found I had no ice in my cup. I backed up and told her I had no ice in my drink. She replied that ice melts in hot sweet tea. I told her it was root beer. She then told me that root beer foams up to bad to put ice in it. So at this point I pulled forward again and when the young lady brought me my food I told her thank you and she said nothing. I am not saying these things because I am mad. I am only trying to help Culver’s. I spent the last 51 years in fast food business. You got a good thing going. Just need to listen to customers.“

I was having difficulty with a gift card and I called the store very frustrated after speaking with 3 customer care representatives and decided to call the ACTUAL location Aaryona went above and beyond to have my Pizza waiting one me and with no Problems or GIVING me the run around? Definitely an asset to your company!!! Thank you very much! And my pizza was amazing!“

“This is going to be a long review
I frequent this subway multiple times a week for myself & family of six. I would like to acknowledge all the high school girls that work there, they do a great job. But specifically two that I’m impressed with. I’m not sure of their names, it’s hard to see a name tag. The first is a small girl with blondish hair & wears glasses. The other is not much bigger has brownish-blonde hair & wears it curled. Every time I come in they are working very hard, always friendly, greeting customers & polite. I appreciate such good work ethic & customer service especially from young people. I believe they deserve acknowledgment.
But here’s my issue. As I stated, I come into the store multiple times a week. There is an old woman that works the night shift with these teen girls. This woman is rude and disrespectful and to be quite honest she’s lazy. When I come in these girls are working there behinds off. She is literally doing nothing. She is always sitting at a back table watching videos or shows on her phone & eating while there is a line all the way to the door and these girls are working steady. I’ve even walked to the bathroom and seen her through the Employee door just standing back there watching them work. Heaven forbid one of these young girls make a mistake or what she deems a mistake. She will yell at them practically getting in their face all in front of their coworkers & customers. This woman has no place in management & I’m not even sure she should be in Customer Service. The owner of this Store needs to take a long hard look at this woman’s behavior and reevaluate the situation. I have been in management for 25 years. This is completely unacceptable. I’ve attempted to leave this review multiple times, but then decided not to. But i’m at the point that I cannot keep silent any longer. The owner needs to be aware of how hard these young girls work (probably very little pay) especially the two that I mentioned & these teens are the ones running this store at night. And how horrible that woman treats them and the lack of help she gives them. If things do not change, I will be taking my family business to either the Fayetteville or Meridianville location.“
