“this happened at the hardees in mcminnville tn I came in to get something like I always do and instead of sitting in peace a man rudely asked me "what my plan is" I come everyday and order food and use the wifi for a while I am paying customer not a tyrant you dont treat a customer like that especially when I never cause issues and bother noone do better edit: ignore the i recommend them above they changed it“

“PSA I was told that McDonald's has the right to double and triple charge your cards when you use the Kiosk. No wonder they insist on you using it. I called and I was told "Sometimes "PENDING" Charges will go on there, u have to wait 5 to 7 business days, then after that they can see about getting you, your money back". The account is now in the hole, and has overdraft charges because McDonald's feels it has a " right" to my money more than I do. There is no such thing as " Pending" or else the money would be there! Will they accept a "Pending" payment from me?“

“The pizzas are great . Just like they have always been. Great customer service.😊“

“Great experience today!
Not only was greeted professionally with a smile by Laswanda- I had the opportunity to witness an employee named Victor. He took the order from a lady that was DEAF! She did it with kindness, courtesy, and did not rush the customer.
10 out of 10 of my experience today on the employees, the food and the atmosphere. Oh, and someone cleaned the bathroom extremely well when I was walking in the door! Doing things with excellence I love it.“

“I had an amazing lunch at your restaurant. My and my moms first time here. We came at 212 in the afternoon. The food was exceptionally hot and fresh yay team in the back. Amiah took our order and was a true professional at it. My mom chose the kids grilled cheese meal no problems which was great. I had problems with not knowing what I wanted Amiah suggested boneless wings. I asked what flavors they had. She went through the list I decided on Garlic Parm. After all her hard work I looked up and saw the same list on the menu board. I apologized to her. She said no problem it was jer job tohelp the customers. I worked for taco bell for 30 years. I would loved to had the quality of employee that you have in Amiah. She's an exceptional great persand wonderful person. Please give her a pat on the back for being all that. Also the store was clean and bathroom cleaned and well stocked. Appreciated all the excellent work your team had to offer. You have gained a customer for life because of that. Please treat her to something nice.“

“Clean friendly good food I’ll be back“

“The fact that they had Hatch green chile!!“

“We have had Melody two different times when dining in. She is so sweet and pleasant. On the second visit (7/3/26) my daughter redeemed her AR points, she chose to redeem her small cone. As my daughter was eating it, she accidentally dropped it on the floor. I cleaned it up and threw it away. I had a kids cone slip from the last kids meal visit and I went to redeem it cause she dropped hers. She replaced the cone. This not only made my day but my daughters too. Melody is a blessing and glad Winchester location has her heart! Thank you Melody!“

“10pm on the 4th Of July, line was crazy long, and they were sooooo great. Our food, which was a large order, was all correct. We had interactions with two employees and both were so customer friendly. We don’t experience that kindness very often.“

“Papa John’s is my favorite and this is a good store. The cashier was nice even though I didn’t give a tip. I’m sorry, it’s just not going to happen unless I’m sitting and being served. We love the pizza and can’t wait to come back!“
