“Overall was good. I don't think they have it nailed down quite yet. Only 4 or 5 cars were in the line with me at breakfast time. They took a while to get us through to our food. Had to repeat parts of my order multiple times to the gentleman. All of this is no big deal. Not a typical Chick-fil-A visit that's all. “I came in to eat dinner and being a restaurant manager myself I ordered my food from a nice lady who appeared to be a manager. Her name was Dawn. She did a great job taking care of me. Food was great as well. What really caught my attention though was the checklist she was holding. It was refreshing to see her taking her responsibilities seriously and doing an excellent job of it. “So try to do mobile pick-up And the app and mobile order and on the website added extra money to the total cost, so do not order through those. So I went to Google and ordered it there. My total was 20 Dollars and some change, and it tried charging 32 dollars and some change for 3 biscuit and gravy meals“

“They got my order wrong and didn't seem to care. Had to drive with $4 a gallon gas all the way back. When they do get it right half the time they charge my card 2 or 3 times. Either they need new management or management needs to watch things closer.“
