“I've wanted to visit a Bojangles ever since I started watching Good Mythical Morning on YouTube. We don't live in the Southeast, so this trip to Nashville was my very first opportunity to try the chain. The fried chicken, on a fast food scale, was a ten out of ten on taste. The only thing I can compare it to for those living in the southwest is a less greasy Church's Chicken with a bit more of a cayenne pepper on the back end. The biscuits are some of the best I've had at a fast food chicken place, not overly sweet and both crunchy and fluffy. I tried the Cajun pinto beans and dirty rice and have to say this is the way to get your plate! Since we were celebrating my brother's birthday on this trip, we got the cobbler and boberry biscuits. I think the made-from-scratch boberry biscuits might be the single best reason to visit this restaurant! The young people at the counter were super friendly and helpful for a first timer.“

“They got my order wrong and didn't seem to care. Had to drive with $4 a gallon gas all the way back. When they do get it right half the time they charge my card 2 or 3 times. Either they need new management or management needs to watch things closer.“

I often see the same lady behind the counter, very short and sweet, always handing out cups and making sure door dash orders are being handed over quickly. Always so kind and helpful. Today we found out her name, it’s Janet…..
I really hope she knows what she means to the community. Always smiling in a good mood, always helping the kids train, cleaning the tables, and most impressively just her kind nature she shares with everyone who’s inside the building.“

“Food was done well for a Wendy's but the place was kind of a mess. Only 3 customers however the crew were just hanging out behind the counter while the counters by the soda machine were beyond dirty (didn't even set my cup down because of it), someone had dumped fries across the floor, and most of the tables were dirty. Just needs a little extra attention to the seating area and would be great!“

If you have the ability to speak English in America you should do it with dealing with American I didn't go there very often because of this but every blue moon I will and it always makes me feel uneasy.“

“While we were the only ones in the restaurant when we walked in, there was only 1 young lady behind the counter. She was very attentive and helpful. Several other customers started coming in behind me and started ordering. The other 2 employees were playing around in the back, on their phones. Even after being asked several times by the young ladybtrying to juggle several orders, they kept goofing off. They finally came out but by then there were customers all the way to the door and some had left.“
