I wanted to change my order to include the sale price of 10 pieces of chicken for 7.99 but the server did not want to REFUND AND RING IT UP AGAIN!! My husband said he had problems also. Why gave a sale offer only at the register anyway? If it happens again i will quit Hardees.
People working here are awesome. Very conscientious and caring.They brought back the milkshake and that's wonderful. They took away the spicy chicken that's awful. The hamburgers used to be really juicy and wonderful but now they're dried up, tough and small. What's going on with Hardee's corporate office? Seems like they're experimenting with what used to be and what might work. Parking lot looks a lot less full used to in the past. Hope they get their stuff together!

Very busy location. Food was great as was service. An error was made on our order, and the staff immediately offered to fix it. The restaurant seemed clean. Drink station was fully stocked with plenty of drink options.
