I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! I can't wait to go there again, it looks like they have really pulled it together!
Never had an issue getting food and the employees are kind and usually fun. Sometimes they forget sauces and napkins but no biggie. It was busy so the restroom was out of toilet paper. The trash cans were a little over full but that's normal, I guess. Their sausage gravy can be a little different each visit but it's good. I work overnights. Most of the time on my way home they aren't open yet but if they are... I'll drop by and pick up a couple breakfast platters for us.
So many times you pull up to a drive-through and it’s obvious the person on the other end hates their job. Not today. I was pleasantly surprised at how kind the young lady was. I asked for her name when I got to the Window. Her name was Patricia. I told her how much I appreciate her ability to smile through the speaker even when I couldn’t see her. This is how things should be. Thank you, Patricia. You made my day.

Based on the reviews, Hardee's has both positive and negative experiences. Some customers report dirty tables, cold fries, and an overcooked pattie. The BBQ pulled pork Frisco burger did not look like the picture. The phone is often off, making it impossible to talk to anyone about messed up orders.
However, many customers praise the service. A manager named Dawn was seen taking her responsibilities seriously with a checklist, making the place very clean with great service and atmosphere. James always runs around making sure everything is perfect, with great customer service and a positive attitude. Daphne is described as very professional, polite, nice, helpful, and a true example of customer service. The morning crew works very well as a team. For regular breakfast customers, the food is always on time and always fresh, with a quick, friendly, and accurate flow. Daphne is frequently mentioned as friendly and accurate with orders.
