8:30 on a Saturday night and they're closed due to lack of staff! Why is this one of the most popular breakfast stops in Shelbyville, and there is always 6 to 8 employees making food and serving customers every morning, but they can't keep enough employees to keep the restaurant open in the evenings??? This is ridiculous...

Previus post was removed... Opened bag with live cockroaches inside (fresh little white ones) after my kids at the fries. I just wanted a refund and they they called the police the police even said just get the guy his refund. This was the last time I would ever eat at a fast food restaurants. I did call the corporate office they didn't care and health dept and they couldn't do much about it because I did give them back the back with cockroaches inside.

Very busy location. Food was great as was service. An error was made on our order, and the staff immediately offered to fix it. The restaurant seemed clean. Drink station was fully stocked with plenty of drink options.

I wanted to change my order to include the sale price of 10 pieces of chicken for 7.99 but the server did not want to REFUND AND RING IT UP AGAIN!! My husband said he had problems also. Why gave a sale offer only at the register anyway? If it happens again i will quit Hardees.
