I stopped into this small bakery, which is situated next to a new hair salon... which itself is where my old friend Linit had his Best Donuts shop in the past. I was curious to see what they had compared to Linit's goodlicious fresh donuts, kolaches, and other morning goodies... as he had a solid FIVE STARS from me and I'm sure pretty much everyone else who had crossed his threshold! I was driving through Shelbyville and saw a bakery :) it was cute . They had pan dulce bread , flan , tarts ... I got a pastry . It was sooo good I will be back if I ever taking. A road trip .
