“I want to give a huge shout out to the staff that work there Tuesday 10/10/23 I had a long day at work on top of that Had to see a love one at the hospital was an emergency short story it was a 40 min drive and there take out had ended but they still waited for me to get there and had my food nice and hot ( heat wise) imagine I was very hungry after a long day and they had a long day themselves but they still waited. That is what I call great service.??“

“My delivery driver was AMAZING, ordered a Pan Pizza was disappointed because pan Pizza should be toppings to edge, had more crust than pizza, center of pizza was Great, but didn’t want half crust/ half pizza,when ordering a “pan pizza “ , maybe a work in progress, or ordered a traditional crust, and at least cheese dipping sauce for the crust, but again, my delivery driver was very friendly, polite and patient! I did appreciate delivery time, I would say 12/10 best I’ve had“

“I've always had friendly associates help me. The only time I've had to wait is during prime time, and that was only twice in eight years. We usually go earlier, and pizzas and cheesy bread is always handed out the door within moments of paying. The associates can't control the rising prices. I feel bad for those who have had a negative experience, I've always had great and efficient times :)

Parking: It's a tight squeeze, especially sharing the location with other venues, and it's difficult to get out/in when someone else is trying to do the opposite.“

“1st time visiting this city, I was hungry and Shelbyville doesn't offer many options, you can never go wrong with Pizza Hut, their personal pans are absolutely delicious!! Walked in and I was immediately greeted and my order was taken, didn't seem no more than 10 minutes I had my food and was on my way out, they don't have a dining room which I used to love but the employees there were very kind and professional. Looked like it was a fun place to work. Great job Pizza hut!! Keep up the great work!!!“

“We had two pizzas and two local draft beers. All very good, with good service. Nice building and atmosphere. Cheese sticks and sauce were great as well.“
