we ordered for delivery, our driver only gave us one out of nine items and it was burnt. So my husband drove to the store to resolve this and get our food. The csr helping him did not care and rudely told him, "we're not going to refund you and we're not going to remake your order." as a former little caesars employee, I'm extremely angry that this is how she handled our issue. Ordered a large extra most bestest cheese pizza with extra cheese crazy crusted. I got a large regular cheese pizza. The girl at the window handed me the pizza and said here ya go and ran to the back.
Last couple times I’ve been here the food has been lacking. Not sure they train their employees well. 13.99 +tax for this train wreck of a three meat feast. Looks like they converted it from a round pizza then tossed a handful of meats in the center. Sadly this is about the third time my pizza has looked like this.
