Food as expected. Service decent. Dining room needed alot of attention. Floor wet and sticky. Trash over flowing. Drink station sticky and needed a good wipe down.
Me and my dad pick up some food through the drive through today. We ordered 3 items friend pickles a salad and some chicken tenders. My fried pickles were old/ double fried basically not edible. Your salads have gone down in size but the price is the same if not higher. And giving just 1 sauce pack for 5 tenders 🤷♀️

Slipped on the bathroom floor because it was mopped with the water used in the kitchen and was like ice. Didn't get hurt but informed the young lady to put a wet floor sign before anyone got hurt, there was never a sighn put out. Dining room could have been cleaned better, there were 6 people eating it wasn't busy

Based on the reviews, Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings has issues with service and food quality. The dining room is not clean, and the floor was mopped without a wet floor sign. Service is very slow, as staff ignore customers in line to talk to the cook. Orders are often incorrect and old, with missing items like wings. One customer received half a salad with unwanted cheesecake bits. However, Miss. Alice and two girls at the front, usually there around 7pm, are sweethearts. When they are working, the food is fresh and very yummy.
