my experience was worse than terrible. Our food was cold, we paid for but didn’t receive our extra sauce. Half my order was wrong and I have called the store over 10 times to rectify the issue and they will not answer the phone. DO NOT EAT HERE. These people must want to sit at home and draw governmental funds because they HATE their job.

Based on the reviews, Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings has issues with service and food quality. The dining room is not clean, and the floor was mopped without a wet floor sign. Service is very slow, as staff ignore customers in line to talk to the cook. Orders are often incorrect and old, with missing items like wings. One customer received half a salad with unwanted cheesecake bits. However, Miss. Alice and two girls at the front, usually there around 7pm, are sweethearts. When they are working, the food is fresh and very yummy.
