“Shout out to the folks at Rafael’s in Winchester. Last night I called in a pizza order. When I arrived they explained that they made the wrong pizza. They offered to remake it correctly but it would take an additional ten minutes. They said I could keep the messed up one along with the correct pizzas. I was more than happy to wait an additional ten minutes for a free pizza. I would have waiting anyway because they were busy on a Friday evening. But their honesty and pursuit of making the customer happy was great! Thank you Rafael’s!“

“Very good. Waitress was very attentive. We had soup of the day, Chicago deep dish pizza, eggplant Parmesan sandwich, Cesar salad, garden salad, some other really thick meat pizza chicken Parmesan sandwich. Everything worth the price charged.“
