“We went through the drive through last night around 9:45 pm. Location is Enon Springs in Smyrna Tn.

I am a vegetarian, so I ordered the 2 Beef and Cheddar deal for $7 also a Large Potato Cakes. I ask them to put the meat on the side on one sandwich, and just put all the sauces on the bun and add lettuce(I try and keep it easy, as I know trying to cater to a vegetable is totally out of what they are used to). Honestly I didn't expect much, as usual its normal just something slung together on my sandwich, lol.

But oh my goodness was I surprised!! I got home opened the bag, and I could not believe what I was seeing. They had me a toasted fresh bun wrapped in the wrapped. Then on the side, they had me a cup of the sauce they put on the beef and Cheddar, a cup of the cheese, and a bowl of lettuce. I was so blown away. NEVER have I been to Arbys and they took this much time and attention on MY veggie sandwich. I assemble it myself, with some mushrooms and onions I already had here, and also put the horsey sauce and and all the cups of sauce and cheese on it. Was DELICIOUS!!! BEST I have ever had at any Arbys. And because they took the time to separate everything, no soggy mess.

The other Beef and Cheddar My guy ate, and he said it was super fresh and delicious.
The large Potato cakes was crispy, hot and fresh, even after driving 5 miles home.

I called today to thank them so very much. I talked to the Manager Nancy, and she was actually the one there last night, and remembered my order. Super nice lady, and told me anytime to let her know and she would make it.

I know its a long review, but y'all definitely deserve it. As you didn't know me from any other customer last night. But you made sure everything was excellent and also fresh and hot at such a late hour, close to closing.
You can't get that kind of service at that time of night, or actually anytime of day at most fast food places.

I definitely will be calling the home office, to let them know also.

Not a fan of being prompted to tip at the Kiosk, as I placed the order (myself) and not even knowing if my order will be correct?

Bathrooms were pretty bad, 2 out of 10, at least there was toilet paper.

Overall I'd say it was a good experience for my first visit at this location and I'm sure I'll be back.

“This is the best subway. The service is friendly while fulfilling your order. This subway doesn't skimp on the vegetables and meat on your sandwiches. They have no problem with giving you sauces when asked. This is the only subway that I have been to that asks you if you need anything else. The atmosphere is inviting and the servers change their gloves when making vegetarian sandwiches, which I truly appreciate since I am a vegetarian. I asked that my vegetarian patty be separated from my sandwich and the manager did it graciously, wrapping it in wax paper and putting it in a separate bag. I am so impressed with this subway that I tipped the server, first ever for me at subway, because I have never received such wonderful and gracious service. “My young daughters favorite food is Papa Johns and we semi-often pick up a pizza for dinner. This Papa Johns is in a good location, clean and the staff is really nice. The pizza is alway really good too ( never burnt or overly greasy). For the under $10 pickup price, you really cant beat it. Highly recommend 👌“
