“Our order got messed up but it wasn't worth going back cause we got a majority of it. I got the pork fried rice and the pork was cooked to long but other than that, it was good. There's only a few tables (I think there were 5 or 6 four sitter tables) so we took ours to go.“

“Definitely the fanciest Steak and Shake I’ve seen! The service is great, the only thing that could be done better is cleaning, it’s kind of grimy in the restaurant. “They have great customer service. I went to get a refill on my drink and the person over the intercom said I had to pay for the refill. I asked to speak to the manager and when he came out, he said that it was a health code thing that they can’t bring drinks back inside but offered to get me a new cup. If I lived in the area, I would be back“

The young lady who works the register and takes the orders is really sweet but today there was a young lady working the drive thru I believe and she was talking on the phone the entire time while I was eating. About 15m. I'd say. On speaker phone with a male who said a few curse words himself. She was pretty loud I kept turning around wondering to myself "is that an employee?" And yep sure was. I mean is this aloud? I have never worked anywhere where we we're aloud to talk on the phone, on SPEAKER! For the customers to hear and all the other employees. I mean is there no management?? This just hit a nerve for me. So UNPROFESSIONAL! and I had to sit here and listen to her loud babbling with her man while I ate my meal. Pretty annoying I must say.“

“I have been trying their dishes for 3 days and they are delicious the breadsticks are very good I loved the pasta carbonara I highly recommend this place. I had a restaurant and I could notice the freshness and quality of the ingredients. The pasta is missing a touch of basil 3 meats just that but it's really good.I forgot to add. “Love this place and eating here frequently. It's really hard to be their hamburger and shake. The price is reasonable. Almost always a good experience every time I stop here. I guess the only thing that's bad every now and then is there's a long line lol“

“The food was hot and fresh. It was prepared the way that I like it with ample toppings. I ordered the thin crust super supreme and Cinnabon mini cinnamon rolls. The cinnamon rolls were great also. I only thing I would say is that the staff needs to work on their customer service skills and be more friendly. They should smile and be enthusiastic to assist all customers. I have been to this location alot and the energy is always the same.“
