They have great customer service. I went to get a refill on my drink and the person over the intercom said I had to pay for the refill. I asked to speak to the manager and when he came out, he said that it was a health code thing that they can’t bring drinks back inside but offered to get me a new cup.

Two of the last three times we've gotten a mini blast from this Sonic, we have a drink lid on it. Cup feels smaller than the usual mini as well. It's not like they are out of the lids because my husband got a sundae and it has the correct lid.
Quick and easy.
