“Fantastic burgers, delicious fries (get the seasoned ones!) and service was good! The restaurant could use a little facelift, but that didn’t affect the quality of our visit. Definitely worth stopping in!“

“Fast friendly service and really good food!!! Best grilled all beef hotdogs. Bacon cheese burgers are so yummy and enough fries to share!!!“

“We’ll be back and wanting to try a few more things.“

“It always stinks like dead animal inside. Food has always been fantastic! One time about a year ago, I was sitting at the drive-thru window and watched a man putting a banana in a milkshake pushing it down with his un-gloved finger, that was pretty disgusting.“

“Triple Steakburger was excellent! 🏆
I don't love the buns used here, but the beef is really good.
A+ on the Crinkle Cut Fries! ✨

This location doesn't require to scan your receipt bar code to dispense your drink 🙌

Not a fan of being prompted to tip at the Kiosk, as I placed the order (myself) and not even knowing if my order will be correct?

Bathrooms were pretty bad, 2 out of 10, at least there was toilet paper.

Overall I'd say it was a good experience for my first visit at this location and I'm sure I'll be back.

PS they have the softest NAPKINS I've ever used!“

“Cozy, warm and nicely-decorated dining room coupled with generous portions. Countless entree selections as well as sandwiches, pizzas, pasta and more. Our server was attentive and friendly. I recommend the stuffed pizza and eggplant parmigiana - everything made fresh of quality ingredients. BYOB is a huge plus.“

“My wife and I went to dinner there last night. Wish we hadn't. Only 4 tables seated, and granted, one was a big group for one server but the place was nasty! The manager, at least I assume he was, had a nasty, dirty, white polo on. My food was OK, my wife's had hair in it. I ate all mine, she got a new plate, and only ate part. Good thing, as I have had an upset stomach all day and must stay close to the bathroom... went to pay up front, as our server appeared busy. Stated hard to pay cash as there is none in the register. No cash, in the CASH register....“

“They have great customer service. I went to get a refill on my drink and the person over the intercom said I had to pay for the refill. I asked to speak to the manager and when he came out, he said that it was a health code thing that they can’t bring drinks back inside but offered to get me a new cup. If I lived in the area, I would be back“

“Great service great food im from Chicago Had Italian beef just like it was made in Chicago been there many times“

“I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! I can't wait to go there again, it looks like they have really pulled it together!“
