As someone with some indian family members and having grown up in the northeast, this Indian food is top notch, but it doesn’t stop there, the owner who is here almost every single day is an amazing guy! “We got married on 10/11/2025 and had Southern Spoon for our food at our wedding reception! They are the PERFECT caterers and were the most talked about part of our day by our guests! The food was absolutely fantastic! We did a tasting with Adam and Crystal when we booked them for our wedding and they will truly curate the perfect menu for you and your guests, and they love to get creative! We did a buffet style dinner and our 225 guests were served so efficiently! Our guests were blown away by the food at our wedding and no one left hungry! We couldn’t recommended Southern Spoon enough and will definitely be raving about the food at our wedding for years to come!“

Angela is the name of the waitress. ignored us and not very pleasant talking to us or don't even care. its not even 30 minutes us eating the food and she can't wait to make us go. I'm still eating and she already snatched my plate that I need to put my fork to the plate that I'm eating and just hand it to her. take note I'm still chewing my food. that is so rude. Manager or supervisor should do something about her she got attitude and racist against me and my boyfriend since we the only asain eating.“

“Great sub shop. Old school and no frills with fancy environment but what it lacks in aesthetics it makes up ten fold in a good sub. Fresh sliced meat and cheese. Fresh crisp veggies and totally willing to customize whatever you like. 10/10 times would go here over subway, JJ, or JM. Locals know this is the jam, if you are unsure…don’t be.“

“After years eating at the previous restaurant at this location (Chinese), we were curious to try out the new Azteca. We went for lunch and were surprised that there was only 1 other table occupied. The inside has been totally renovated with new (and very nice) floors, ceiling, tables and chairs. The Hostess/cashier/waitress was very nice and friendly, especially when she let us know she didn't speak English. No Matter, we had no problem ordering from the menu and she gave good service. After 40 minutes wait, our food arrived and we were happy to find it was delicious. I had a burrito and my wife had a torta (sandwich) and both were big, tasty, well seasoned and with strong and delicious Mexican flavor. Food and prices will have us coming back - a lot!“

“They had just ran out of slaw and their fryer was off when I had come through the drive thru, so I wasn’t going to be able to get the slaw or the tri tator that the barbecue platter comes with. I didn’t care about the tator, I was so sad about the slaw cus that’s what I really came there to try, but they let me switch it out for a side of loaded baked potato salad and a bag of chips for the tator. The loaded baked potato salad was just sooo good, I knew it would be but I was surprised how much I loved it. The chips were actually really good too. The baked beans were perfect wouldn’t have changed anything about them. I love that the platters come with a slice of pickle. The barbecue sauce was perfect too omg it paired perfectly with the sandwich, not too sweet or tangy it’s very well balanced. Overall I reallly enjoyed the meal. My only suggestions would be to maybe line the bottom of to go boxes with aluminum foil to help keep the bun from getting soggy as it sits and cools. I also wish the platters came with drinks 😩 but the taste and quality of the food for $12.06 wasn’t too bad. I’ll definitely be back, im so glad i finally got to try this place ! keep up the good work yall 👍“
