“We took my brother-in-law (the food snob) there while he was in town. When our steaks arrived he asked for steak sauce. My wife told him to try the steak first and upon his first bite he kept raving about it. Now every time he comes into town we eat there. Demos has been our favorite since we moved here in 1998. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients, especially the burgers and the fresh vegetables. What I love the most is that the prices are still very affordable, especially for the quality of the food you get. “I came in expecting a simple burger place. I was wrong in a good way. The wife got a burger and loved it, I got a fried shrimp basket. The shrimp were actually breaded in house and reminded me of what you would get in New Orleans. We will be back.“

Refused me a FULL refund for making me come ALL the way back up there in 18 degree weather! I showed up and the district manager was EVEN WORSE! He was a YOUNG PUNK with NO heart or Compassion and did not even TRY to make me satisfied as an upset customer! He made the situation WORSE by ARGUING back, instead of trying to fix THEIR mistake and the bad situation they put me through. This completely ruined me for ANY Culvers! I religiously order milkshakes from here every time I get food but something has changed with the shakes recently that just isn’t sitting right. They seem very runny now compared to how they were before. However the food itself is always 10/10. I also really enjoy the service here they’re some very personable people.“

When you order a burger, you choose your size and exactly what you want on it. They even offer grilled onions…yummmm! You will not find that at most chain brands. And I have to tell you about the fries. When you get a large, you get a LOT of fries served in the bottom of a brown bag. Rip it open and let the whole family enjoy these hot, seasoned perfect every time and place homestyle (with the skin for extra fiber) fries.

Called to have them refund me for what I paid for and didn’t receive but the manager Deanna said she didn't have the ability to do that, but that she'd contact the person above her who could. It took a day or so, but I eventually received an email that my entire order had been refunded. Not as quickly or efficiently as I'd like, but they did make it right in the end.
