Refused me a FULL refund for making me come ALL the way back up there in 18 degree weather! I showed up and the district manager was EVEN WORSE! “Murfreesboro, TN location. The kick plate on the door was sticking out because the rivet broke. (Sharp metal side) I told the manager when we ordered. He didn't seem to care. I really hope someone doesn't hit a toe, get hurt and sue them. Other than that, it was a good experience. A burger was mismade and staff fixed it with no issues. The rest of the food was delicious and the restaurant was clean.“

“I love Slim Chickens food....but after tonight, I'm a fan of their service as well! We placed a delivery order through the app. Our food showed up but the driver didn't even ring the bell. They dropped our food off on the sidewalk. We figured out it was there because our dog barked when they pulled out of the driveway. Our food was right....hot and fresh but the 3 dessert jars were missing...which shouldn't be an issue except they are fairly pricey (but totally worth it). I called the delivery persons phone and he said "no english" and hung up on me. I sent a text to him hoping that he was using Google translate and he came back to our house. My husband went to meet him in the drive and all he said was "that's all they gave me. call store". We called the store and the manager got on the phone. I explained the situation to him and he remembered putting the 3 jars with our order so he knew the driver had kept the desserts. He gave me a choice of a refund or he would send our desserts to us....no questions asked. Our desserts showed up 15 minutes later by a great driver (Emma) and all ended well. Great service and food by the Thompson Lane location!!!!!“

“Love the people and the food. Fast, clean and never a problem with the food. It's a little pricier than some other chicken joints but for the 10% more you pay, you get 50% higher quality. Love the sauce, portions are ample and it's a hit with the kids.“

“Wow, Mum and I stopped on our way home from running errands. We had been saying for months that one day we needed to stop, but didn't. We'll, today we did, and it was glorious.

Omgoodness delicious. It is a place for transplants from Venezuela to pick up local delicious foods for lunch and dinner, according to cook. The food is wonderful.

We bought...
2 Empanada Pollo. These were so juicy, and fresh. The corn masa was perfection.

1 Pastelon Maiz. This is like a kind of pastry with home made cheese and corn. I am getting this again.
1 Pernil Pork. So tender and in a pastry.

$18 bucks. Mum and I shared everything and she loved it too.
They really make good food, and I received a history lesson on steet food and how it is prepared.

Came with a creamy dill sauce and a hot sauce. The hot sauce can burn, a little goes a long way.

I wish we would have stopped sooner, but now we know, and we are thrilled.

So there shouldn't have been any reason why it was just barely warm and around 5 pm at that. So a busy time and good should have been fresh.“

“I have been going to this location for many years, and it feels like home. The same people are there every morning, and at least, some of the same staff. They say "Good Morning" and even give some of their visitors a "hug". It can get really busy especially after 9:30 AM and on the weekends, but I go earlier than that. I wouldn't consider any other place for my morning coffee and breakfast.
