“We went for breakfast and everyone was very kind. Food came quickly but I don't think the biscuits for our mini's were done. Smell very yeasty and were a little doughy on top. Chick Fil A is the only fast food place that I eat at about once a year. I don't expect much but just a little disappointed in the underdone biscuit.“

“Older lady working the counter. Brought in my two boys I nanny, for a strawberry sundae with sprinkles and a cup of chocolate with sprinkles. I was very clear that they had to have sprinkles and even the boys told her. Well one got sprinkles. The other didn’t. She said no problem when she brought the order to the table. So we waited. And waited. She took other people their orders and then she saw us and said oh it’s coming. Then a few MINUTES later said well it wasn’t rang up on your ticket so I am going to need 89cents more (I don’t carry cash) so I had to give her my card to get a little boy a spoonful of sprinkles to put on his half melted ice cream. Come on now….“

I often go to this spot for a quick lunch since I work near by and usually order through the app. Today I picked up my order and it was missing some of the items. I submitted feedback through the app, and within an hour Nick from the galleria location called me to personally apologize and make it right. “I have been to this location a couple of times and the food has been good many times and a couple of times it lacked freshness like it usually does. But overall my food is always fresh tasting. One thing that has never changed was the service at the drive thru. Monna is a jewel. Always friendly.. always asks how you’re doing. She’s so very pleasant and professional. “Fresh food cooked to perfection, seasoned precisely, and served hot & fast. I went during prime lunchtime on a Sunday with lines out the door and the drive thru line around the building. The restaurant was running smoothly, employees were smiling, and my wait for food was a couple of minutes.“

“I have been all over this nation, I've been to many, many Taco Bell locations. My favorite thing on the menu is the Mexican Pizza. Sadly, so many Taco Bell's give absolutely little to no care about the product. They come out looking pathetic with barely any ingredients and/or their rancid. I actually quit coming to Taco Bell together during the Mexican Pizza hiatus. When they were reintroduced, I quickly came back to get my favorite product. Last night (Saturday, August 30th), it was late, I hadn't eaten and the part of town I was in, my options were Wendy's or what I like to call Toxic Hell. I reluctantly chose Taco Bell.

I placed my order with Malcom whom was very professional and accurate. I ordered 3 Mex Pizzas and a large Pepsi. Once I received my order, I could immediately tell the weight of the bag certainly wasn't under par this time! I quickly opened my product and much to my surprise, these pizzas looked like I used to get them in the early 2000's! They were properly loaded (like they should be) with the proper toppings and fillings. Not only did they absolutely look amazing and to spec, they tasted even better!!! They were fresh, not rancid, and were incredibly filling for my huge appetite. I raved about them to my wife and daughter. I then tried to call to compliment the cook and get their name. However, I didn't get an answer on the phone. I then went back to the location and much to my surprise, they had a decent length of a line for drive through. Henceforth, why the phone wasn't answered. I made my way back to the window and praised all the staff and got the names of the two fine cooks that should be training people nation wide on how to properly make a Taco Bell Mexican Pizza. Tony & AJ, I am here calling you out on Google reviews for all who look at reviews to give you a pat on the back. Your finished product was amazing! I WILL be back to this location and hope that these three are working again because they restored my faith in the Taco Bell franchise! Cooperate, take note! You have a great staff with these three and I hope that they receive praise and appreciation for their attention to detail, making a great product and customer satisfaction. “I've found the food & service at the location to be consistent. Employee are overall very polite and service is usually pretty fast. There have been occasional times where the sandwiches could have been prepared a little more carefully & included more meat, but that's basically the same for every fast food establishment.“

“This is the best In-N-Out burger I have ever been to!; however, my wife whom is a ghost. She was not allowed to be seated. In fact, the employee (whom was not a ghost) said that he could not see my wife. Are you kidding!!! My daughter was standing right there. right in front of my salad. “My son is a HUGE Space Jam fan and we’ve been traveling around to the local McDonald’s restaurants lately trying to collect all of the Happy Meal toys for him. Unfortunately, no one ever seems to have Lola Bunny or Road Runner and he gets sad every time he gets a “duplicate.” Anyhow, he asked for a Happy Meal for lunch today, so I thought “Let’s give this one last shot.” Rather than going through the drive through, we went inside the restaurant this time and the manager happened to be the one taking our order. Well, my son, so sweetly and politely asked “Excuse me. May I please have Lola Bunny or Road Runner this time?” The manager (who I found out is a dad of 6) said he would try his best to find one of those toys for him. After I paid, we received our meals and my son was given a toy he already had. I politely asked if they could check for Lola Bunny or Road Runner and said the manager had promised my son he would look for them, and next thing I knew, I saw the manager himself go back and search through the toy bin. I could tell he didn’t find any of those toys. Then he said “I’ll be right back” and headed towards the back of the restaurant. About a minute later, he returned and put three toys on the counter and asked my son if he would also like to have one of the toys from his office. My son already has all three of the toys he brought, but he was still a little excited and said “Yes please.” He was having trouble deciding between the three toys, so the manager said “Would you like to have all three?” My son’s eyes lit up and he said “Yes” and I thanked the manager profusely. Next, we went to our table, and as we were sitting there eating, the manager approached us carrying the ENTIRE Space Jam toy display, which happened to have both Lola Bunny and Road Runner on it. He asked my son “You really like these toys, don’t you?” and my son said “Yes.” Then he said “Well, we’re switching to Scooby Doo right now and I just got permission to swap out this display.” I told him my son didn’t understand *exactly* what he was getting at, so he said “Would you like to take all of these toys home? I would like to give them to you.” I wish I had a photo of the look on my son’s face. He was (and is) ecstatic and hasn’t stopped talking about it for the last two hours. When we got home, my son said “Mommy, this is the best day of my life!” So to the manager of Restaurant #28072 in Franklin, Tennessee, thank you from the bottom of my heart and God bless you. My son will truly never forget what you did for him today and neither will I. 🥰“

“You get some good deals with great food. McDonald is one of my favorite places for a quick lunch and dinner. My kids love McDonald’s fries and kids meal (happy meal). In one step ahead they love the playing area. It is very quick to order the food and it’s barely have any waiting time even in the peak hours.
About food perspective, it’s about the same quality as other McDonalds. The menu prices are cheap to moderate. Your stomach full if you have just 2 USD plus tax (a McChicken is a dollar).
There are some variety in upper prices like double McChicken etc.,
Also, you will get your favorite McCoffee is about one dollar in any size like Small, Medium and Large.
Now, McDonnald has a self-service kiosk. You can order your food there itself and wait for the server to call your token.
The fries are tasty and you will get in all 3 sizes (small, medium and large). The price wise just a small margin differences between the fries sizes.
Apart from that you will get nice ice cream for the lowest price.
This McDonald was clean and neat including restrooms.
Also, the drive in was fast. You can quickly order and while you’re driving to the next Window your food will be ready.
I had a great experience there.
