The workers are all very nice and obviously say it's 'their pleasure' after my massive orders. Inside they have a play area for kids too. It's definitely the best Chick Fil A I could ever recommend to anyone. We will go out of our way to go to this one because it's so much faster.“

“Older lady working the counter. Brought in my two boys I nanny, for a strawberry sundae with sprinkles and a cup of chocolate with sprinkles. I was very clear that they had to have sprinkles and even the boys told her. Well one got sprinkles. The other didn’t. She said no problem when she brought the order to the table. So we waited. And waited. She took other people their orders and then she saw us and said oh it’s coming. Then a few MINUTES later said well it wasn’t rang up on your ticket so I am going to need 89cents more (I don’t carry cash) so I had to give her my card to get a little boy a spoonful of sprinkles to put on his half melted ice cream. Come on now….“

“We went for breakfast and everyone was very kind. Food came quickly but I don't think the biscuits for our mini's were done. Smell very yeasty and were a little doughy on top. Chick Fil A is the only fast food place that I eat at about once a year. I don't expect much but just a little disappointed in the underdone biscuit.“

“I just want to talk about how great or an experience I had with this Chick fil A’s customer service. I often go to this spot for a quick lunch since I work near by and usually order through the app. Today I picked up my order and it was missing some of the items. I submitted feedback through the app, and within an hour Nick from the galleria location called me to personally apologize and make it right. This type of service is so rare nowadays and this is what keeps me coming back. You rock Coolsprings team!“

“I have been to this location a couple of times and the food has been good many times and a couple of times it lacked freshness like it usually does. But overall my food is always fresh tasting. One thing that has never changed was the service at the drive thru. Monna is a jewel. Always friendly.. always asks how you’re doing. She’s so very pleasant and professional. but this particular location is BY FAR THE BEST ONE I’VE EVER BEEN TO!!! The works are exceptional, everyone is seriously smiling!! Extremely efficient, fast moving & good at what they do!! “Carhops are very efficient, I ordered a unsweet tea & a #1 burger, one of the best burgers that I have had from a Sonic in a long time, and the Pulaski Sonic, they both have great burgers, My Carhop that day was Caroline, she was quick to get my food to me, and she did it with a smile, very nice young lady. Next time I am there, I will stop in again“

If you're going to the competition (looking at you, AA), you're seriously missing out. Wetzel’s is hands-down the best pretzel company in the country. I’ve moved across several states, and one of the first things I look for in a new city is a Wetzel’s. That’s how much I love it.

“I have been all over this nation, I've been to many, many Taco Bell locations. My favorite thing on the menu is the Mexican Pizza. Sadly, so many Taco Bell's give absolutely little to no care about the product. They come out looking pathetic with barely any ingredients and/or their rancid. I actually quit coming to Taco Bell together during the Mexican Pizza hiatus. When they were reintroduced, I quickly came back to get my favorite product. Only to become quickly disappointed in the quality and quantity of the ingredients. I then once again quit coming to Taco Bell...

Last night (Saturday, August 30th), it was late, I hadn't eaten and the part of town I was in, my options were Wendy's or what I like to call Toxic Hell. I reluctantly chose Taco Bell.

I placed my order with Malcom whom was very professional and accurate. I ordered 3 Mex Pizzas and a large Pepsi. Once I received my order, I could immediately tell the weight of the bag certainly wasn't under par this time! I quickly opened my product and much to my surprise, these pizzas looked like I used to get them in the early 2000's! They were properly loaded (like they should be) with the proper toppings and fillings. Not only did they absolutely look amazing and to spec, they tasted even better!!! They were fresh, not rancid, and were incredibly filling for my huge appetite. I raved about them to my wife and daughter. I then tried to call to compliment the cook and get their name. However, I didn't get an answer on the phone. I then went back to the location and much to my surprise, they had a decent length of a line for drive through. Henceforth, why the phone wasn't answered. I made my way back to the window and praised all the staff and got the names of the two fine cooks that should be training people nation wide on how to properly make a Taco Bell Mexican Pizza. Tony & AJ, I am here calling you out on Google reviews for all who look at reviews to give you a pat on the back. Your finished product was amazing! I WILL be back to this location and hope that these three are working again because they restored my faith in the Taco Bell franchise! Cooperate, take note! You have a great staff with these three and I hope that they receive praise and appreciation for their attention to detail, making a great product and customer satisfaction. Malcolm, Tony and AJ, thank you. I'll be back. I appreciate a great visit.“

“I've found the food & service at the location to be consistent. Employee are overall very polite and service is usually pretty fast. There have been occasional times where the sandwiches could have been prepared a little more carefully & included more meat, but that's basically the same for every fast food establishment.“

Online order confirmed at 5:25pm and delivery driver called that she was approaching the lobby at 5:38pm! What an excellent option for employees and patients in this area. “The owners are always pleasant, not very talkative but they don't have to be. I go at least twice a week. And once the lady forgot to get my bacon from the oven and put on my sandwich. A week later when I visited she mentioned it and apologized. Gave me extra bacon and a discount.“
