The workers are all very nice and obviously say it's 'their pleasure' after my massive orders. Inside they have a play area for kids too. “I just want to talk about how great or an experience I had with this Chick fil A’s customer service. I often go to this spot for a quick lunch since I work near by and usually order through the app. Today I picked up my order and it was missing some of the items. I submitted feedback through the app, and within an hour Nick from the galleria location called me to personally apologize and make it right. This type of service is so rare nowadays and this is what keeps me coming back. You rock Coolsprings team!“

Only downside is long wait sometimes and the employees don’t look they are having any fun. I love going to Dutch Bros and chic fil a for the service.“

“We went for breakfast and everyone was very kind. Food came quickly but I don't think the biscuits for our mini's were done. Smell very yeasty and were a little doughy on top. Chick Fil A is the only fast food place that I eat at about once a year. I don't expect much but just a little disappointed in the underdone biscuit.“
