“I was in the Nashville location on 1/28 during my visit to the area. It was packed but everything moved quickly, efficiently and the staff was so very friendly to everyone. That didn’t stop just at the start but all throughout our time there. The lady helping us (her name was Isis, I believe) even followed back up with us on something. Her and the manager went above and beyond to take care of us on something we didn’t even ask them to. Btw, nothing happened, they were just out of something, it came back in and they took care of us. A measure most would not do but she found us and made sure to take care. Now THAT is friendly customer service! The food is so amazing, y’all. This is going to be my new joint for every single visit to Nashville from now on. Hot dayum!!“

“SS Gai is in a small little strip of restaurants, and they all serve different foods. So if you have picky eaters, fret not. That being said, I don't think anybody with taste buds wouldn't like this chicken. It's super fuego. And the toasted coconut water, maybe a bit frivolous, but also super fuego. There were families with kids running around, and all sorts of folks having a good time with good food. Go to SS Gai. Do it.“

The generous portion of tenders were masterfully crispy and juicy with perfect (hot level selected, can’t wait to try the Hella level) seasoning. I really enjoy the menu and I’m always looking for new things to try even though I usually order the Mango Habanero chicken fries or something similar from that menu!
