“I was in the Nashville location on 1/28 during my visit to the area. It was packed but everything moved quickly, efficiently and the staff was so very friendly to everyone. That didn’t stop just at the start but all throughout our time there. The lady helping us (her name was Isis, I believe) even followed back up with us on something. Her and the manager went above and beyond to take care of us on something we didn’t even ask them to. Btw, nothing happened, they were just out of something, it came back in and they took care of us. A measure most would not do but she found us and made sure to take care. Now THAT is friendly customer service! The food is so amazing, y’all. This is going to be my new joint for every single visit to Nashville from now on. Hot dayum!!“

“Words can’t even begin to describe how I feel about this place. This is where I want to get married. This is where I want to die. I’m naming my firstborn after this chicken. What should you get? Doesn’t matter. You couldn’t go wrong if you tried. The chicken (both fried and grilled) is a miracle, but you MUST get it as a meal. They load you up with so many herbs you see the gates of Heaven itself. The laab gai is the best thing I’ve ever eaten, and I would use all three wishes (if I was granted any) to make it a permanent fixture on their meal. Whoever’s back there in the kitchen, call me. I got a spot in my bed for you.“

“This is the spot for fried chicken/seafood in Nashville. Ordered the chicken tenders and waffle ‘hella’ hot with extra pickles, and this was a perfect spice for me; boyfriend ordered catfish and shrimp ‘hot’, which made him sweat, an “enjoyable” level of spice he confirmed (note: it doesn’t take much to him sweat when it comes to spice). Service is fantastic and the atmosphere is just how we like it, highly recommend! 🐓 Btw you could easily split the servings between two but our spice necessitates separate orders. Enjoy!“

“I was very impressed by the taste and quantity of food. Very flavorful and unique but you’re best to get it for takeout or delivery. Much like the neighborhood, the restaurant is kinda dirty and unkept. Sticky tables, dirty windows and floors, handprints, and overall just a gross place to try to enjoy your meal in.“

“Hattie B's never disappoints. Their chicken is always cooked to perfection. I'm always amazed at how juicy this chicken is, yet crispy on the outside. I recommend the medium for all around flavor, but still a spicy kick. The hotter you go, the less enjoyable it is, but you do you.“

“If you’re looking for REALLY good fried chicken, you have to try this place! 🍗🔥 Everything was absolutely delicious — the chicken was crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside, and the seasoning was on point. The portions were generous, the food was hot and fresh, and the service was amazing. You can tell they actually care about the quality of their food and their customers. This is definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to, and I highly recommend it to anyone who loves fried chicken“

This location is super convenient being so close to downtown, and every location is consistent, serving quality food and providing friendly and professional service! Cinco De Mayo will always have a special place in my heart! No other Mexican restaurant can compare!“

“I'll always give Chick-fil-A my business and 5 stars; however, this particular location in Goodlettsville was THE slowest I had ever visited. This is not a fault of the staff but location. You have 2 lanes, great staff greeting with smiles and taking or confirming your order, then the 2 lanes merge into one after giving your order and the line just creeps. Even if this was a franchise owner for that location, that choice disrupts the flow of expectations Chick-fil-A delivers. Great food, great staff as always experienced just a one-star fail for me because of the congestion of traffic.“

“Chick-fil-A should run TDOT. Our road and highways would be perfection. Chick-fil-A can have 50 people in their line and you’re still getting through it in less than 5 mins. Food is always on point. In person face to face drive thru service no matter what lane you’re in. Top notch standard of service.“

They were short staffed and had long line for ordering at the order window. She took my order and everyone else’s with a calm and positive demeanor despite the craziness of the staff shortage. I’ll continue coming to this Chic fil and if you’ve been served well here please post a review so this hardworking staff get recognized!“

“Smokin’ Chikin was fantastic! The chicken was juicy, tender, and packed with flavor, with a perfect char from the grill. The seasoning was excellent without overpowering the chicken. The mac & cheese was creamy and delicious, and everything tasted fresh. Great portions, friendly service, and a casual atmosphere. Definitely a spot I’d come back to—5 stars!“
