“I was in the Nashville location on 1/28 during my visit to the area. It was packed but everything moved quickly, efficiently and the staff was so very friendly to everyone. That didn’t stop just at the start but all throughout our time there. The lady helping us (her name was Isis, I believe) even followed back up with us on something. Her and the manager went above and beyond to take care of us on something we didn’t even ask them to. Btw, nothing happened, they were just out of something, it came back in and they took care of us. A measure most would not do but she found us and made sure to take care. Now THAT is friendly customer service! The food is so amazing, y’all. This is going to be my new joint for every single visit to Nashville from now on. Hot dayum!!“

“Words can’t even begin to describe how I feel about this place. This is where I want to get married. This is where I want to die. I’m naming my firstborn after this chicken. What should you get? Doesn’t matter. You couldn’t go wrong if you tried. The chicken (both fried and grilled) is a miracle, but you MUST get it as a meal. They load you up with so many herbs you see the gates of Heaven itself. The laab gai is the best thing I’ve ever eaten, and I would use all three wishes (if I was granted any) to make it a permanent fixture on their meal. Whoever’s back there in the kitchen, call me. I got a spot in my bed for you.“

“I'm not gonna lie, me and my parents came here a little bit skeptical after reading the lower reviews. But we were willing to give it a try. As soon as we walked in, a lady was smiling and welcoming us. Even asked if it was our first time there. She helped us choose good food items and even struck up a conversation with us. We walked half a mile there and she told us the coldest spot to sit and cool down. We knew it would take about 20 minutes, we were with that.
The restraunt is run down and dirty, but we honestly liked the vibe. You have an option to eat in there or leave. So we were not gonna complain since it was our choice. As we were waiting for the food, I sat there and read the 1 star reviews, and the owners replies gave me a chuckle.
We got our food and it was AMAZING. Genuinely the best chicken I've ever had. Every time we'd take a bite we tell each other how good it was. This was my first time in Nashville and I wanted to try Nashville hot chicken. So I'm so happy this place have me a good first experience. 10/10!!“

They even change their fry oil at the proper intervals. Which is one area i have seen other chickfila restraint s cheat on.
High quality well staffed and managed

“This is a standard Chick-fil-A that ISN'T TOO CROWDED. They have curbside pick up. It's hard to turn left out of the parking lot onto Charlotte Pike. If you need to head toward downtown Nashville, driving through the parking lot and exit with the light. THEY EVEN HAVE THE OLD STEIRFOAM CUPS!!!!! It's my pleasure to bring you this information.“

“I was very impressed by the taste and quantity of food. Very flavorful and unique but you’re best to get it for takeout or delivery. Much like the neighborhood, the restaurant is kinda dirty and unkept. Sticky tables, dirty windows and floors, handprints, and overall just a gross place to try to enjoy your meal in.“

“I tried Raising Cane’s and I kind of get the hype now.
It’s super simple—chicken fingers, fries, toast, sauce—and somehow that’s enough. Nothing fancy, nothing trying too hard. Just really solid, every single time. And that sauce? Yeah… I’m in.
It actually reminds me of those inground trampolines. Not the big clunky ones sticking out in the yard—these are clean, built in, and just work. You don’t think much about it until you step on it, and then it’s like… oh this is fun.
That’s Cane’s. Not flashy, not complicated, but it delivers exactly what you expect. Every time.
Would I go there for a big night out? No.
Will I randomly crave it and go back? Absolutely.“

“The gentleman on the night shift the two guys the manager and the cook both went above and beyond for me I'm greatly appreciative of their customer service, I was new to the area waiting on a bus no place would let me order if I didn't have my vehicle with me and they were awesome enough to allow me to get my food ordered thanks guys!!!“
