“I was in the Nashville location on 1/28 during my visit to the area. It was packed but everything moved quickly, efficiently and the staff was so very friendly to everyone. That didn’t stop just at the start but all throughout our time there. The lady helping us (her name was Isis, I believe) even followed back up with us on something. Her and the manager went above and beyond to take care of us on something we didn’t even ask them to. Btw, nothing happened, they were just out of something, it came back in and they took care of us. A measure most would not do but she found us and made sure to take care. Now THAT is friendly customer service! The food is so amazing, y’all. This is going to be my new joint for every single visit to Nashville from now on. Hot dayum!!“

“I'm not gonna lie, me and my parents came here a little bit skeptical after reading the lower reviews. But we were willing to give it a try. As soon as we walked in, a lady was smiling and welcoming us. Even asked if it was our first time there. She helped us choose good food items and even struck up a conversation with us. We walked half a mile there and she told us the coldest spot to sit and cool down. We knew it would take about 20 minutes, we were with that.
The restraunt is run down and dirty, but we honestly liked the vibe. You have an option to eat in there or leave. So we were not gonna complain since it was our choice. As we were waiting for the food, I sat there and read the 1 star reviews, and the owners replies gave me a chuckle.
We got our food and it was AMAZING. Genuinely the best chicken I've ever had. Every time we'd take a bite we tell each other how good it was. This was my first time in Nashville and I wanted to try Nashville hot chicken. So I'm so happy this place have me a good first experience. 10/10!!“

“You can’t visit Nashville without trying hot chicken, and we were glad to find this halal spot! The food was great, the service was friendly, and the restaurant was clean.
The staff were very nice and quickly corrected an order we received by mistake. The mac and cheese deserves a special shoutout. It was hot, cheesy, and full of flavor. The snack pack was a unique twist of chicken on fries and tasted great too!
We had a great experience and will definitely be back next time we’re in Nashville!“

They even change their fry oil at the proper intervals. Which is one area i have seen other chickfila restraint s cheat on.
High quality well staffed and managed

“This is a standard Chick-fil-A that ISN'T TOO CROWDED. They have curbside pick up. It's hard to turn left out of the parking lot onto Charlotte Pike. If you need to head toward downtown Nashville, driving through the parking lot and exit with the light. THEY EVEN HAVE THE OLD STEIRFOAM CUPS!!!!! It's my pleasure to bring you this information.“

“My husband and I dined here tonight with our 16 month old son. The staff were all super friendly, and the gentleman in charge went out of his way to interact with our son and offer him a small toy. During our time in the restaurant, a disoriented and disgruntled man entered the restaurant demanding food. His behaviors escalated to a potential safety issue for other patrons, and the gentleman in charge handled the incident incredibly well, treating the man with dignity and respect while also sternly trying to ensure a safe and comfortable dining experience for everyone else.“

“I was very impressed by the taste and quantity of food. Very flavorful and unique but you’re best to get it for takeout or delivery. Much like the neighborhood, the restaurant is kinda dirty and unkept. Sticky tables, dirty windows and floors, handprints, and overall just a gross place to try to enjoy your meal in.“

“One of our favorite take-out spots. This is a great change when you want something quick, relatively healthy, and don't feel like eating another burger or chicken sandwich. The customer service is friendly and quick, and the food is of high quality. The jalapeno holly is the best.“

“I could not be more pleased with Chaz and his entire team at Zaxby’s. They are always willing to work with and help our nonprofit. They are professional and caring, not to mention that their food is exceptional. Chaz and his team catered an 800 meal luncheon for us and it could not have been more seamless. The food was great and the service was impeccable. I highly recommend using Zaxby’s for any of your catering needs.“

“I stayed a wonderful night at the Iris and it was fantastic. The rooms are updated and very modern. I loved the clean sleek look the vibe had in the room. Bring your own radio and phone as they dont have those things in the room
Yet the restful night's sleep was we lcomed!!“
