“I was in the Nashville location on 1/28 during my visit to the area. It was packed but everything moved quickly, efficiently and the staff was so very friendly to everyone. That didn’t stop just at the start but all throughout our time there. The lady helping us (her name was Isis, I believe) even followed back up with us on something. Her and the manager went above and beyond to take care of us on something we didn’t even ask them to. Btw, nothing happened, they were just out of something, it came back in and they took care of us. A measure most would not do but she found us and made sure to take care. Now THAT is friendly customer service! The food is so amazing, y’all. This is going to be my new joint for every single visit to Nashville from now on. Hot dayum!!“

“This is the spot for fried chicken/seafood in Nashville. Ordered the chicken tenders and waffle ‘hella’ hot with extra pickles, and this was a perfect spice for me; boyfriend ordered catfish and shrimp ‘hot’, which made him sweat, an “enjoyable” level of spice he confirmed (note: it doesn’t take much to him sweat when it comes to spice). Service is fantastic and the atmosphere is just how we like it, highly recommend! 🐓 Btw you could easily split the servings between two but our spice necessitates separate orders. Enjoy!“

“My fiance and I have been talking about this place for years now on our way home to STL area I got the pleasure of trying this deliciousness!!! Run y'all don't walk!!! Was some of the best chicken I've ever had.... like top three in my 36 years and my family is from Kentucky! Don't sleep on this place. please come to STL ❤️“

“I was very impressed by the taste and quantity of food. Very flavorful and unique but you’re best to get it for takeout or delivery. Much like the neighborhood, the restaurant is kinda dirty and unkept. Sticky tables, dirty windows and floors, handprints, and overall just a gross place to try to enjoy your meal in.“

“I'll always give Chick-fil-A my business and 5 stars; however, this particular location in Goodlettsville was THE slowest I had ever visited. This is not a fault of the staff but location. You have 2 lanes, great staff greeting with smiles and taking or confirming your order, then the 2 lanes merge into one after giving your order and the line just creeps. Even if this was a franchise owner for that location, that choice disrupts the flow of expectations Chick-fil-A delivers. Great food, great staff as always experienced just a one-star fail for me because of the congestion of traffic.“

“If you’re looking for REALLY good fried chicken, you have to try this place! 🍗🔥 Everything was absolutely delicious — the chicken was crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside, and the seasoning was on point. The portions were generous, the food was hot and fresh, and the service was amazing. You can tell they actually care about the quality of their food and their customers. This is definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to, and I highly recommend it to anyone who loves fried chicken“

“Hattie B's never disappoints. Their chicken is always cooked to perfection. I'm always amazed at how juicy this chicken is, yet crispy on the outside. I recommend the medium for all around flavor, but still a spicy kick. The hotter you go, the less enjoyable it is, but you do you.“

“We just left Party Fowl and had a great experience. Our server JoJo was amazing! She was so friendly and welcoming as soon as we sat down. She even entertained my 2 year old, who does not warm up to people quickly, but she loved JoJo and kept looking for her to come back to the table. We got medium tenders and they were yummy, but very spicy. The spice meter is more spicy than your average spice level lol. Overall great experience and if we ever visit Nashville again, we will be back.“

“You can’t visit Nashville without trying hot chicken, and we were glad to find this halal spot! The food was great, the service was friendly, and the restaurant was clean.
The staff were very nice and quickly corrected an order we received by mistake. The mac and cheese deserves a special shoutout. It was hot, cheesy, and full of flavor. The snack pack was a unique twist of chicken on fries and tasted great too!

“Went here for the first time with some friends and had a great experience. The chicken was definitely better than fast food chicken locations in the area, however, some of the sauces didn't stand out as anything special. The outside space is beautiful, especially during this good weather we're having. The food came out fresh and warm, and I will certainly be back.“

“Chick-fil-A should run TDOT. Our road and highways would be perfection. Chick-fil-A can have 50 people in their line and you’re still getting through it in less than 5 mins. Food is always on point. In person face to face drive thru service no matter what lane you’re in. Top notch standard of service.“

“One of our favorite take-out spots. This is a great change when you want something quick, relatively healthy, and don't feel like eating another burger or chicken sandwich. The customer service is friendly and quick, and the food is of high quality. The jalapeno holly is the best.“

“This store’s staff need more recognition. Their service and order accuracy are excellent. Special recognition for Sophie today. They were short staffed and had long line for ordering at the order window. She took my order and everyone else’s with a calm and positive demeanor despite the craziness of the staff shortage. I’ll continue coming to this Chic fil and if you’ve been served well here please post a review so this hardworking staff get recognized!“

“I could not be more pleased with Chaz and his entire team at Zaxby’s. They are always willing to work with and help our nonprofit. They are professional and caring, not to mention that their food is exceptional. Chaz and his team catered an 800 meal luncheon for us and it could not have been more seamless. The food was great and the service was impeccable. I highly recommend using Zaxby’s for any of your catering needs.“

“This is a carryout location. It is better to order through the app so your food is ready when you get there. Parking is limited because most of the spaces are for picking up orders. They slso have an area(outside window) for Uber eats, grubhub etc to pick up orders. We went apparently at prime time breakfast & it was jammed packed.“
