“Food is always good but the staff needs some training on customer service. If you can’t greet your customers with at least a hello, you should not be customer facing. And a thank you would be nice too. Instead of rude stares and not paying attention to the customer who is ordering. If the food wasn’t pretty good I would not go there.“

“Hands down best chicken place in the game!! I live in Kentucky now but travel through Nashville all the time and lived there for 8 years. Anytime I lived nearby or was visiting I would always come here! My favorite was always the hot chicken tenders, mouthwatering and all!
Unfortunately I wanted to stop by again just last week and found out he has permanently shut down the restaurant. This is the most devastating thing to see because I’m a very picky eater and I could eat David’s food all day everyday! Amazing owner, amazing chef, amazing food! “Alyssa F. is a wonderful person at Slim Chickens in Hendersonville, TN. I had a problem with the taste of the coleslaw with an order that was picked up. I called about it and she immediately tasted the coleslaw that morning and agreed. She offered a free meal, and made sure that the coleslaw was ok, by letting me taste it when I came to pick up my free order, it was fine, and I didn't have to wait long. She should be either promoted or compensated for being so polite and making me want to go back to Slim Chickens for the delicious tenders and coleslaw. Thank you, Bob Stephens“

“Stopped by Chicken Salad Chick for dinner and ordered the Chick Melt with a cup of the Chicken Tortilla Soup. Overall, it was a solid meal. It wasn't one of those places that blows you away, but it was tasty, filling, and I'd definitely come back.

The Chick Melt hit the spot. The croissant wasn't as flaky as I expected, but it had a nice chew to it that I actually ended up liking. I thought it made the sandwich better. The chicken salad and melted cheese worked well together without being overly heavy.

The Chicken Tortilla Soup was good too. It had plenty of flavor and paired nicely with the sandwich. I gave the crackers and cookie to my girls, and my wife gladly took the pickle since I'm not a pickle guy.

For some reason, I went in expecting this to be more of a health-conscious restaurant. It really isn't, and honestly, that didn't bother me. I care more about good-tasting food than anything else, and this meal delivered.

If you're looking for a solid dinner that's satisfying without trying to be fancy, Chicken Salad Chick is worth a stop. It's not a place I'd drive across town for, but it's definitely a place I'd eat at again.“

“I was made to feel very unimportant at this establishment. I was not in the drive thru and I was not a doordasher and felt I was looked over. I gave 1 star bcs you never get a 2nd chance to change a first perception. But the manager there's name was Antaun or maybe it was Antone.. BUT HE IS THE REASON FOR 5 STARS OVER ALL!He saw what was happening and HE SAW me!He treated me like my money and order mattered and I'll come back solely bcs of him. This guy isn't getting paid enough in my opinion. Idk what he makes but having him makes this company a winner! He was working harder than any other employees and yet he stopped and made me take presidency that's fully worth the 5 stars. In a world so busy to stop and see me though noone else did.. and got my order and food so quickly I forgot about the rude negligence of the rest. “This is a fast food restaurant but don't be put off. The chicken is great whether original or grilled. There are other menu items as well like salads, waffle fries, etc. There are great breakfast foods as well. The service is great inside and drive thru. The food is reasonably priced. The drive- thru and inside servers are so courteous and helpful.“

I swung by the Hendersonville Zaxby’s on a busy evening and was seriously impressed. From the moment I walked in, the staff was super friendly and the energy was positive. Order came out lightning fast through the drive-thru too.
The Chicken Fingerz were perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and hot. I went with the Zax Sauce (absolute must) and threw in some Buffalo Wings – both were on point. Fries were fresh and seasoned just right, and the Texas Toast was buttery heaven. Even the coleslaw was a standout – crisp and creamy.
Portions are generous for the price, and everything tasted like it was made to order. Clean restaurant, quick service, and that signature Zaxby’s vibe done right. This location is easily one of the better ones I’ve hit.
If you’re in Hendersonville and craving chicken fingers, wings, or a solid Zalad, this is your spot. Highly recommend the Meal Deals or any of the signature sauces. I’ll definitely be back soon!“
