The waitress was really rude. She did not speak or understand English very well. I will never go back there or recommend this place to anyone.“

“I was made to feel very unimportant at this establishment. I was not in the drive thru and I was not a doordasher and felt I was looked over. I gave 1 star bcs you never get a 2nd chance to change a first perception. But the manager there's name was Antaun or maybe it was Antone.. BUT HE IS THE REASON FOR 5 STARS OVER ALL!He saw what was happening and HE SAW me!He treated me like my money and order mattered and I'll come back solely bcs of him. This guy isn't getting paid enough in my opinion. Idk what he makes but having him makes this company a winner! He was working harder than any other employees and yet he stopped and made me take presidency that's fully worth the 5 stars. In a world so busy to stop and see me though noone else did.. and got my order and food so quickly I forgot about the rude negligence of the rest. I love the barbecue nachos I get it almost every time I go there they're so good they put the perfect amount of toppings on it it's by far my favorite and it's always ready when I get there on my lunch break from work. “We had AYANA as our server. She was amazing and she has been our favorite server we’ve had at this location. She will be the reason why we come back again. We’ve been at ruby tuesdays many times and especially this location and she has been the only server to remind us of the daily specials. The food was amazing try the new shrimp tacos!“

I swung by the Hendersonville Zaxby’s on a busy evening and was seriously impressed. From the moment I walked in, the staff was super friendly and the energy was positive. Order came out lightning fast through the drive-thru too.
The Chicken Fingerz were perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and hot. I went with the Zax Sauce (absolute must) and threw in some Buffalo Wings – both were on point. Fries were fresh and seasoned just right, and the Texas Toast was buttery heaven. Even the coleslaw was a standout – crisp and creamy.
Portions are generous for the price, and everything tasted like it was made to order. Clean restaurant, quick service, and that signature Zaxby’s vibe done right. This location is easily one of the better ones I’ve hit.
If you’re in Hendersonville and craving chicken fingers, wings, or a solid Zalad, this is your spot. Highly recommend the Meal Deals or any of the signature sauces. I’ll definitely be back soon!“

“I ordered the calzone for 1799. It came to like $27 almost with tax and of course I had to give the delivery driver a tip always tip your delivery driver, but this is absolutely amazing. It came exactly the way I ordered it. It came with extra cheese and sometimes when you ask for extra cheese, you never get it. Oh, they did it this time this the taste of it. Everything is so satisfying. I cannot complain at all. This is an amazing calzone. gave me a big bowl of red sauce to dip it in more than enough. You cannot complain about this if you ever complain about this you just like to complain because this is amazing. I absolutely love this. I go to these guys all the time this is the first time I had delivery even the delivery driver was amazing. Very polite very quick. “This is a fast food restaurant but don't be put off. The chicken is great whether original or grilled. There are other menu items as well like salads, waffle fries, etc. There are great breakfast foods as well. The service is great inside and drive thru. The food is reasonably priced. The drive- thru and inside servers are so courteous and helpful.“
