If you’re going to charge for extra sauce at least put it in the bag. EVERYTIME I come and order they forget the sauce. It doesn’t matter what Zaxby’s I go to, it happens every. Single. Time.
Tried their chicken Philly sandwich that had been advertised on the radio. First of all it was drowning and the garlic aïoli sauce. I’m not sure why they thought they needed to put it on so much. It was literally pooled in the container and it made the bread so soggy it was like mush. They sauce just tasted like hot mayonnaise. Have experienced friendly, patient, and welcoming service here, as well as fresh food. Current favorite are the chicken finger meal, large enough or my wife and I to share. A generous amount of food for the money. The chicken has always been delivered hot, crispy, and fresh. All employees that I've encountered are polite, helpful, and the restaurant seems clean.Recommended!
