Have experienced friendly, patient, and welcoming service here, as well as fresh food. Current favorite are the chicken finger meal, large enough or my wife and I to share. A generous amount of food for the money. The chicken has always been delivered hot, crispy, and fresh. All employees that I've encountered are polite, helpful, and the restaurant seems clean.Recommended!

Some big girl with glasses told me and my friend “you guys can leave” after asking to pick up a mobile order. Rude as hell. When we asked if she was serious she tells us deadass. I know working at fast food places sucks. But you could have at least refunded us. Be big and jolly not big and mean.

My boyfriend and I were there hours ago and the service sucked people who worked there were rude manager was rude we had the fried pickles they were burnt you took them back and again and they still didn't taste right the manager gave his attitude about it my wings were cold we will never go back there unless something changes there.

If you’re going to charge for extra sauce at least put it in the bag. EVERYTIME I come and order they forget the sauce. It doesn’t matter what Zaxby’s I go to, it happens every. Single. Time.

Tried their chicken Philly sandwich that had been advertised on the radio. First of all it was drowning and the garlic aïoli sauce. I’m not sure why they thought they needed to put it on so much. It was literally pooled in the container and it made the bread so soggy it was like mush. They sauce just tasted like hot mayonnaise. I got the grilled chicken version and the chicken tasted like a dirty sponge. It perplexes me how that a chicken-only establishment has the cheapest, lowest quality tasting chicken available. With the soggy fries, the meal was complete. I’m not sure how Zaxby’s stays in business considering that there are other fast food chicken places that are 100 times better.

I placed a mobile order today via the Zaxbys app, but after trying to pick it up they had no history of my order. They couldn’t refund me or even give me the food i had ordered. Left empty handed. I had to call the 1800 number for actual help with my issue. Hopefully my money will be refunded. I’ve never had an experience like this before at this Zaxby’s. Disappointed ….
