Listen... the atmosphere ? Food ? Service ? **chefs kiss** I love Fukutoku! I've been here quite a few times and keep coming back. Hands down best sushi in MJ, I said it, I stand by it. Takoyaki is good. Hibachi is good. Can't speak for the ramen, but I'm betting it's good too. Cutest cat plates and such. They have anime playing, like hello? That's cool. I try to tell ppl to come here all the time, but no one seems to know about it. If you've hit this review, try itttttttttttt.
Great food, excellent service. The decor is so cute and trendy! They had vegetarian options for someone in our party who is vegetarian and she said it was very good! I eat gluten free and they had several options of gluten free sushi rolls with gluten free soy sauce. I accidentally ordered a sushi roll that contained gluten and the waiter came back to let me know that it contained gluten after, so I appreciated having a knowledgeable chef who looked out for me!

The ramen served here is the bees knees, as well as the cat’s pajamas. Fukutoku’s the only solid ramen restaurant, in all of Middle TN, that my wife and I have found. We got the Tonkotsu and Spicy Miso ramen—both were delicious. The customer service was amazing to boot!
