The salmon here is otherworldly...but not like, what your mind would conjure up as some space-faring salmon. Think more terrestrial. What I mean is that I've had some of the best salmon sashimi here that I have put in my mouth. Fatty, buttery, melt-in-your-mouth salmon. Everything else has been great here too! Try the calimari. It can be tough to find places that do it well. Probably the best sushi I'm Mt Juliet since Hana years ago.
