“Little Country Kitchen describes Belle's perfectly. We stopped by as they were beginning to close, and they gladly said they would take our order. We ordered the catfish family pack which has a whole mess of fish, two really large sides, and cornbread. The sides we picked were mac and cheese and coleslaw. The mac is good and tasty, but the coleslaw? Y'all, the coleslaw is amazing. Not too sweet, not too savory. Just right. The cornbread is flat, johnny cake style, and is a good compliment to the meal.The catfish is the absolute star of the show. The meat is tender, flaky, and mild. The breading though. Holy cow! The breading is absolutely divine. A perfect blend of crunch, texture, and flavor. Very savory, and perfectly blended. Some of the best I've tasted, and I've tasted quite a bit of catfish over the years.Do yourself a favor, and head over to Belle's when you get a chance. Friday nights are all-you-can-eat catfish, and live music to boot. To say we are fans is an understatement.“
“I was not a fan of the service. My husband, two toddlers, newborn son, and myself visited Mangoes for the first time. The place was nearly empty, and it took entirely too long to be seated. The server obviously didn't want to be there. He was not very attentive at all.We didn't get one refill the whole time we were there. I'm glad we brought sippy cups in my diaper bag. Because they waiter didn't even ask if our kids wanted something to drink. The waiter stayed hidden pretty much our entire time here. He'd just randomly pop up.We ordered cheese dip. It came in this teeny dish. It definitely wasn't enough dip for 4 people. We finished the dip in no time. When they brought out the kid's food it was extremely hot.Way too hot for little mouths to eat. I set it aside to cool. While their food was coolin'. I let them help me eat my meal. I did enjoy the food it was great.I got nachos with beans, and cheese. They were delicious. The unfortunate part is that there were barely any chips in the nachos. My husband got tacos. “Really like the food service is good very polite and helpful.!I am rating this post for the new fish dinner they are having now. It should get a 1 rate. First, it was a kids meal not adult. I should have purchased three to even start to fill my husband. I asked were is the hush puppies that you advertise comes with this tiny fish meal. The reply I got, it's on the fish.“
“Tried Tenn Lakes Brewing yesterday, not for the brew but for the food. We had the pizza, a calzone and the wings, sharing all. It was very good. The pizza was great with thick toppings. The dough on the calzone was soft and stuffed just right. However the wings were "fantastic "! Big, think and meaty and seasoned just right and grilled. I will definitely be back, even if I make a meal of the wings!“
