I had never been to a Panera Bread before. Although it was a wonderful experience, I didn't particularly enjoy it. It was boisterous and packed. I had a nice turkey sandwich and my son had grilled cheese. In the end, he placed another order! He also received a somewhat hard and stale croissant. After receiving the Flatbread pizza, my other son did not enjoy it. For such a busy time, the service was prompt.

We had the broccoli cheddar soup in a bread bowl and a chicken salad sandwich. Both were amazing. We just wished there was more soup.Service was ok but the food is definitely the star.

My boyfriend was going to pick up food and I ordered online so I didn't have to put him through putting in my picky order (no cheese/different bread/extra veggies/extra dressing). It was ready in five minutes!There were no extra charges for my changes, but the sandwich plus a soup came out to $21.50.
