“I passed by late at night to get some chicken for my family and me, and the customer service was excellent. The prices are a little higher than at other places, but the same for all Pollo Camperos, and the standard for phenomenal food. Will definitely be passing by to get more food, it makes for a delicious meal(a) depending on how many pieces you get (I got the 20 count meal). Great work!“

“I didn’t eat here, but the kind gentleman that let me use their restroom when nobody else on the block would, is a rock star! I had driven a long distance not knowing that the Starbucks I stopped at didn’t have a restroom. After asking several of the adjacent businesses, even offering to buy something and being refused, this wonderful human at Helen’s took pity on me. I recommend this place just for the kindness, but I bet their hot chicken is super tasty. It’s clearly being made with love!“

“We went through the drive-through and got an eight piece with mashed potatoes, green beans and biscuits. It’s been years since we had KFC and let me tell you it was delicious.! We pulled up and waiting on fresh chicken and it was worth the wait friendly service too!“

“I have been looking for a halal fried chicken place in Nashville for so long. I spoke to the guy up front and confirmed it was zabiha halal.
The service was very friendly and kitchen was impeccably clean. They also use a pressure fryer which is awesome.
I got the nashville hot 2 pc and a nashville hot sandwich. The seasoning was amazing and it was coated very well. The crisp on the chicken was perfect and the meat was tender. The whole place seems to be run by a one man army which is impressive since I did not have to wait too long and everything was made to order.
The only thing I would suggest to put this over the top is to brine the chicken so that the seasoning or flavor can penetrate through.
