“My go to spot for a quick meal that I don't feel guilty eating. I always get their roasted chicken and it’s always so good! The seasonings are great, hint of citrus which I enjoy. The empanadas are fantastic, I always get one for the drive home. The beans are great if you love cumin. I enjoy the plantains. Coleslaw is also great, a tad vinegar taste but I like that. I recommend this place, food tastes more fresh compared to your typical fast food chain.“

“What a trip! Cool place, cashiers speak 3 languages. Variety of world wide foods aaaannnnddd the chicken tenders I got were big, juicy and tasty! Mashed potatoes were on point! After tax $15 for six big tenders, great mashed potatoes and gravy, honey biscuit was good but not fluffy. I'm definitely coming back!“

“I was told the man on speaker was a manager named James. He was the most polite person I've ever experienced in a drive thru, also there was a sweet girl at the window. Excellent service. They were also being safe in this time. That's why I chose Zaxbys. Thank you all.“

“We went through the drive-through and got an eight piece with mashed potatoes, green beans and biscuits. It’s been years since we had KFC and let me tell you it was delicious.! We pulled up and waiting on fresh chicken and it was worth the wait friendly service too!“

“I was in the Nashville location on 1/28 during my visit to the area. It was packed but everything moved quickly, efficiently and the staff was so very friendly to everyone. That didn’t stop just at the start but all throughout our time there. The lady helping us (her name was Isis, I believe) even followed back up with us on something. Her and the manager went above and beyond to take care of us on something we didn’t even ask them to. Btw, nothing happened, they were just out of something, it came back in and they took care of us. A measure most would not do but she found us and made sure to take care. Now THAT is friendly customer service! The food is so amazing, y’all. This is going to be my new joint for every single visit to Nashville from now on. Hot dayum!!“

“The food and service was great the only problem is there is no where to sit inside to eat your food so you will have to get it togo and either sit in your car to eat or take it home...also its not alot of places to park so a person has to be mindful of the parking arrangements so they wont block anybody when getting their food..lastly i would advise you to call ahead and place your order because they make the food fresh and if you dont want to wait awhile for your food then call ahead... All and all I will be back it was my first time trying them but it wont be my last!!“
