“Stopped by Pollo Campero on Gallatin Pike in Madison a couple of days ago and left impressed. The chicken was seasoned perfectly, the sides complemented the meal well, and the restaurant had a welcoming atmosphere. The team made sure everything was right. Looking forward to coming back and trying more items on the menu.“

“This is one of my favorite places to stop for lunch. They are quick, its fresh and great service 90% of the time. Went today and everything was fantastic. Loaded me up with hot sauce and honey sauce without me even asking for anything. Fantastic. 5 stars.“

Her and the manager went above and beyond to take care of us on something we didn’t even ask them to. Btw, nothing happened, they were just out of something, it came back in and they took care of us. A measure most would not do but she found us and made sure to take care. Now THAT is friendly customer service! The food is so amazing, y’all. This is going to be my new joint for every single visit to Nashville from now on. Hot dayum!!“

“I'm not gonna lie, me and my parents came here a little bit skeptical after reading the lower reviews. But we were willing to give it a try. As soon as we walked in, a lady was smiling and welcoming us. Even asked if it was our first time there. She helped us choose good food items and even struck up a conversation with us. We walked half a mile there and she told us the coldest spot to sit and cool down. We knew it would take about 20 minutes, we were with that.

The restraunt is run down and dirty, but we honestly liked the vibe. You have an option to eat in there or leave. So we were not gonna complain since it was our choice. As we were waiting for the food, I sat there and read the 1 star reviews, and the owners replies gave me a chuckle.

We got our food and it was AMAZING. Genuinely the best chicken I've ever had. Every time we'd take a bite we tell each other how good it was. This was my first time in Nashville and I wanted to try Nashville hot chicken. So I'm so happy this place have me a good first experience. 10/10!!“

I called about it and she immediately tasted the coleslaw that morning and agreed. She offered a free meal, and made sure that the coleslaw was ok, by letting me taste it when I came to pick up my free order, it was fine, and I didn't have to wait long. Much like the neighborhood, the restaurant is kinda dirty and unkept. Sticky tables, dirty windows and floors, handprints, and overall just a gross place to try to enjoy your meal in.“

“Stopped by Chicken Salad Chick for dinner and ordered the Chick Melt with a cup of the Chicken Tortilla Soup. Overall, it was a solid meal. It wasn't one of those places that blows you away, but it was tasty, filling, and I'd definitely come back.

The Chick Melt hit the spot. The croissant wasn't as flaky as I expected, but it had a nice chew to it that I actually ended up liking. I thought it made the sandwich better. The chicken salad and melted cheese worked well together without being overly heavy.

The Chicken Tortilla Soup was good too. It had plenty of flavor and paired nicely with the sandwich. I gave the crackers and cookie to my girls, and my wife gladly took the pickle since I'm not a pickle guy.

For some reason, I went in expecting this to be more of a health-conscious restaurant. It really isn't, and honestly, that didn't bother me. I care more about good-tasting food than anything else, and this meal delivered.

If you're looking for a solid dinner that's satisfying without trying to be fancy, Chicken Salad Chick is worth a stop. It's not a place I'd drive across town for, but it's definitely a place I'd eat at again.“

It’s super simple—chicken fingers, fries, toast, sauce—and somehow that’s enough. Nothing fancy, nothing trying too hard. Just really solid, every single time. And that sauce? Yeah… I’m in.

It actually reminds me of those inground trampolines. Not the big clunky ones sticking out in the yard—these are clean, built in, and just work. You don’t think much about it until you step on it, and then it’s like… oh this is fun.

That’s Cane’s. Not flashy, not complicated, but it delivers exactly what you expect. Every time.

“This is a fast food restaurant but don't be put off. The chicken is great whether original or grilled. There are other menu items as well like salads, waffle fries, etc. There are great breakfast foods as well. The service is great inside and drive thru. The food is reasonably priced.
