I had a meeting at 9am, and I pull into CFA at 8am to get a quick breakfast. At 8:50 am, I still had no food, and I told the guy at the window I had to leave before getting my food. No Refund and No Apology. Go to the CFA on Church Street, Charlotte Ave, or the one near Belmont instead. This location is plagued with slow timing and being perennially understaffed.
Take out only. Boo!!!Mistakes on a simple order for 2 people. We asked for soda with no ice, got ice. Asked for grilled chicken sandwich, got fried. The grilled chicken wrap was old / hard. Fries were not crisp.Bad all around.

This location is drive through or pick up at outside window only. It was crazy and they got 2 orders out of two wrong. Took them 4 trips to our car before getting it right while holding cars up behind us. My worst experience at any ChickFila ever. I won’t go back to this location.
