Been looking for a classic east coast style take out place for years, and have found nothing….till now! Chicken was hot, crispy, and delicious(even after the 15 minute drive home). General Tsos actually has a kick to it, like it should. Daughter and father combo working the place are super sweet and are legit. Menu is permanently on my fridge. This place could be a problem for me.
Love this spot man the wife is so nice and I think she puts some extra beef in my pepper stake cuz I'm a growing boy. The son of the restaurant has grown up before my eyes over the years and the pepper stake is to die for honestly love this place and I will be coming back here for years to come
On first visit, I had pork fried rice, and it was very good.
Second time, I ordered egg foo young. It was cooked it old, rancid oil and was inedible. My mouth and throat were coated in that rancid oil for half an hour till I ate something else. This is really unhealthy. I don't understand what decision-making process can lead to someone serving this.
I guess it's a hit or a big miss.

China Spring serves really good food with generous portions, offering a lunch buffet under $8. The house special soup is a standout, and the staff provides quick service with a smile. Note that the menu may not be up-to-date, but the food is consistently amazing.
