Good food and good service but not a napkin to be found anywhere
Darius, who was working the drive thru tonight deserves a special shout out. He saw that my drink was overflowing and got a new lid so it didn’t spill everywhere when he handed it out the window. He made the mango pineapple refresher with precision and care- you could tell he was taking his job seriously. He was kind and honestly probably the best drive thru employee I’ve ever had. He deserves a raise!
They forgot all our fries, drinks. I called customer service and they told me the best they could do is a coupon. They should at least refund me for the fries! I am so pissed. What will a coupon do. McDonald's is a popular fast-food chain with extended hours for drive-thru service, available until 2am on Fridays and Saturdays. The staff is known for their friendly and courteous service, with most employees going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. However, there have been some exceptions with a couple of morning shift employees who may not be as pleasant. The restaurant offers a variety of meals, including the 50 cent double cheeseburger special. Some customers have experienced mix-ups with ordering, such as the app not taking orders or incorrect orders being placed. Despite these issues, the restaurant maintains a clean environment, and customers can expect a decent meal. Many locals appreciate this location, noting that it offers quick service and quality food, such as the Big Mac and fries. Overall, this McDonald's is considered a great spot for a quick bite, especially after a long drive or during busy times like Thanksgiving.
