I love McDonald’s, and I know fast food work is hard and underpaid, so I’m not blaming the staff. But this location is consistently rougher than any other I’ve visited, and it seems like a systems issue.
The drive-thru lane is marked, but people ignore it and split into a second lane. That’s a safety concern (I’d worry about emergency vehicle access) and it lets people cut ahead of everyone waiting in line. A physical divider would likely fix...read full review

Cashier mumbled and didn't didn't seem to want to be there. Order was wrong twice. It wasn't busy, do no excuse why they can't take a moment to greet their customers and verify the order is correct. Atmosphere was drab and uninviting. Definitely won't be back...ever.
