“Open 24 hours!Great service.... And it's about time we found this place. A little known gem that's popular by the locals here in Nashville. The waitress called us "hun" a lot which was adorable as she was younger. Spot on service with lots of friendly staff. The place was packed but the food came quickly. Food was amazing and probably some of the best in the area. (See menu for more details.)Note: If you come and it's busy, just stand up next to the wall with all the photos to make sure you get the next available seat.Very impressive! We will definitely make this one of our first stops in Nashville on our next return.“
“Amazeballs! It's just a unique, cool vibe with laid-back, friendly staff ... Yummy breakfast all day which is always a plus for me... Well worth the trip! Loved it! I randomly selected it by googling places with breakfast all day & it had good reviews & turned out to be a slamdunk!“
“Hannah H was AMAZING!!! She was speedy and friendly and knowledgeable (especially on the gluten free options). She had patience for our friend that took forever in ordering. And didn’t judge our other friend for being picky and asking for everything to be taken off. Thanks Hannah H!Dietary restrictions: They had good options for people with celiacs.“
“This is a cornerstone of local cuisine in Nashville. They were there long before the term "WeHo" ever existed. The don't miss menu item is the Tipper Dog. Best char dog outside of Chicago. Best place to visit before/after your first Stent is inserted. The Wasabi mayo and Sweet Potato Fries is the best no guilt culinary experience. SAVOR-5/5“
“First time at Jonathan's. After a hard day helping family with maintenance on the farm, we were hungry for a good burger. This place hit the spot! The food was fantastic, the service was cheerful and quick, and the atmosphere was comfortable and informal. Exactly what we needed! This was one of those great finds! We will be back when we're in Nashville!“
“Nestled in the heart of Nashville, The Pharmacy Burger Parlor at 731 McFerrin Avenue delivers an exceptional dining experience that tantalizes the taste buds and leaves patrons craving more. During my recent visit, I indulged in the Chipotle Slap burger, and it exceeded all expectations. The star of the show was undoubtedly the chipotle avocado aioli, which elevated the burger to unparalleled heights. Its creamy texture and smoky flavor profile provided the perfect complement to the juicy, flavorful patty. Each bite was a symphony of taste sensations, with the robust flavors of the burger and the subtle heat of the chipotle aioli melding together harmoniously. It was evident that great care had been taken to ensure that every element of the burger worked in perfect harmony.Accompanying the burger were tater tots, which were a crispy delight. Golden brown and perfectly seasoned, they provided a satisfying crunch with each bite. The attention to detail and commitment to quality extended beyond the burger itself, showcasing the culinary expertise of The Pharmacy Burger Parlor's kitchen staff. In addition to the outstanding burger and sides, the ambiance of the restaurant added to the overall dining experience. The welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff created a warm and inviting environment, making it the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a meal with friends or family. One of the highlights of the meal was the hand-cut French fries. Crispy on the outside, yet soft and fluffy on the inside, they were the epitome of perfection. Each fry was cooked to golden perfection, providing a satisfying crunch with every bite.Overall, my experience at The Pharmacy Burger Parlor was nothing short of exceptional. From the mouthwatering burgers to the impeccable service, it's no wonder that this establishment has earned a reputation as one of the best burger joints in Nashville. Whether you're a local resident or just passing through, a visit to The Pharmacy Burger Parlor is a must for any burger enthusiast.“
“We went with the family and had a great experience at this restaurant. All of the foods were delicious and fresh, and the staff were very nice. Everything tasted great and we would definitely come back again to try other things on the menu!“
“I think I have ate at Jack Brown's more than anywhere else in Nashville. It is hands down my favorite late night go to & just a great spot to take friends & family when they're in town! I always order the Cobra Kai (add bacon) & fries. They have a great beer menu as well. I'm usually too full to order Oreos, but if I do I never regret it. When I'm feeling adventurous I get an Elvis & add Jalapeño Jelly. Service is quick, I never really have a long wait unless I'm visiting during peak dinner hours in the summer. Parking lot is not the best so be warned! There is plenty of street parking around the area so that might be your best bet. Its a nonchalant, easy going dive bar covered in stickers and random decor. Highly recommend checking it out if you're looking for an easy going meal & great burgers.“
“We had a good time at Cledis. The burgers were good, same with the turkey sandwich. Fries were really good. Our total seemed a little high and I didn't get a receipt to check.Parking: Very small lot, no street parking.Sign inside mentioned nearby church will tow if you try their lot...“
“We stopped at this diner during a road trip, not really knowing what to expect. The service was impeccable…the gents working the grille were very thorough in asking what we wanted. They were kind enough to even bring our food to us, while we sat outside with our dogs. We tried the chicken shawarma, Philly cheesesteak & a cheeseburger. I’d recommend this place for anyone.“
“YES, YES, YES!! This gorgeous lady serves completely outstanding fresh, delicious, homemade seafood meals. The LOBSTER ROLL is absolutely out of this universe!! We also had lobster Alfredo and lobster bisque...all were phenomenal. PLEASE SUPPORT THIS INCREDIBLY DELICIOUS LOCAL BUSINESS.❤️“
“Came in on a Thursday evening, around 7pm. The place was complete empty so I wasn’t even sure if it was open. Thank goodness I came in! I ordered a cheeseburger (like a double patty smash burger) as is with a side of the sweet potato fries……..and let me tell you!!! By far one of the best burgers I’ve ever had in my life! The bun was so soft but held the burger together until the very last bite. I read about the fries before ordering them, everyone who said they were delicious was not exaggerating. Just moved into the neighborhood and so happy to find a locally owned spot that offered such delicious quality food.Just a side note, the place does get really busy. Just depends on the day and time but the people keep flowing in and out.“
“This was a great experience. The service was exceptional as well as the food. We had the Cesar salad and found it to be one of the best versions that I’ve been served. I recommend the MVP/VIP pizza. The sesame seed crust and red sauce far exceed my expectations. My only regret is that I cannot eat here on a regular basis as I live out of town. When I come to Nashville this is a must do experience.“
“Wow oh wow!!! I have not had pizza this delish since I was about 5. The flavor just set my mouth to craving more! Crispy crust and amazing mix of ingredients! I tried the Good Paulie and a Skinny Margarita! Mmm mmm good! Gonna bring my besties down to try it out!! Oh and did I say what fabulous hospitality the staff presented? From walking in the door all thru the meal!! Simply the best!!“
“Nashville wedding weekend. Craving a burger and Big Jimmy’s reviews caught my eye. Local joint with live music and great burgers! Staff were great. They have local Driskin ciders- perfect with the burger!! Def stop by when in Nashville!! We’ll be back!“
“We stopped here randomly, we were waiting for our haircut appointment next door; and boy were we blown away! It’s a tiny “hole in the wall”, but the flavor and service were phenomenal. Nothing fancy, just your simple American style greasy burger and fries. Simple done SO right! Prices were fair too. Icing on the cake is that they source their meat from a local farm, better yet it’s grass fed!You order outside through a window, and there’s a few seats to eat outside, and a few booths inside. We will be back again. Adult, and toddler proof.“
“Some of the best pizza I’ve had. For a chain this was really really exquisite pizza. Check them out in your local city! My first time having it was at the gulch and as I walked down the street with it people kept asking where I got it, it smells so good! Highly recommend!“
“I had the JoyBurger Deluxe, and I loved it. It's one of the top 2 best burgers that I've ever had. My wife ordered the crust burger and let me try a bite. It was good, but I was not as impressed with it.We also ordered a Joystick, and wow! I thought it was the best chicken I've ever had. The quality of the chicken is just way beyond any chicken I've ever had.Overall, the entire family was very impressed with the food. The employees there were really nice too. I think this place is awesome.“
“Friday night after a few drinks late night at some local bars and not wanting to drive far from our hotel, we ordered from here and LOVEDDDD it. Pizza was hot, fresh ingredients & we ate every single slice. To top it off they graciously added a 2 liter of sprite to our order that we didn't even order & let us use their restroom. That following Sat we decided to try something different on the menu & we still were more than happy. The small calzone was HUGE and full of ingredients but not too much. The cheesesteak hoagie was a great portion too. 4 people ate just those 2 things and we all we FULL! And again we were offered a free soda. We now all have this placed saved for our return to Nashville“
“As a vegetarian the burger were actually really good. In addition to the veggie burger, I also got their truffle fries and their fried pickles. Now it was my first time eating fried pickles and it was actually really good. I was genuinely surprised by how good and how much I liked my pickles. Other than that their fries are thinner than what I like but are still good and servers were on top of your needs.“
“Stopped in for dinner and got a double bacon jam burger that was outstanding. Fresh ground beef in house with buns baked in house as well. Really a good burger cooked perfectly. Fresh cut fries were incredibly good as well. Washed everything down with a Sam Adams summer ale. This is a no cash restaurant which is annoying but the food being so good helps with that aggravation. Food and service are excellent just don't like putting a burger on my credit card.“
“I always go here when I'm having an exceptionally bad day (or just need a good Impossible burger). The service and food is always amazing, but last night was above and beyond. Not sure if it was my sad lil demeanor or what, but the person working the register was beyond kind and the food was perfect with insanely fresh toppings and crispy fries. Thanks y'all <3Dietary restrictions: Great vegan options“
“Great low key burger joint in the gulch with a bunch of great beers on tap. I recommend popping over during a nice day to sit on the patio. Dog friendly and always offer a water bowl and treat. Everyone who works here is great and the manager always makes sure you’re enjoying your time and meal. Great spot!“
“The Nashville Palace was one of my favorite places that I visited when I took a road trip down to Nashville. I got lunch there, and while eating they had an amazing country duo that was playing up on the stage the entire time I was there. Best part about it was the concert was completely free! The food was great, a lot better than I expected. The atmosphere inside here is awesome if you are a fan of live music. Staff was friendly. The prices were reasonable. Fun spot to eat while catching some live music.“
“So listen, I don’t care what you got goin’ on culinarily but Hugh Baby’s is second to none when it comes to on-demand burger joints. Shake Shack, I said what I said!!First of all, they make the burgers right in front of you so that’s a bonus right off the bat. Secondly, a lot of places say “fresh, never frozen” but still use premade patties and there’s just something about it that just doesn’t sit right with me (maybe it’s the inability to THOROUGHLY season the meat—not just sprinkling something on top.) When you put in your order at Hugh Baby’s on the other hand, the cook opens a refrigerated drawer of GROUND BEEF! I just know in my heart of hearts that somebody’s uncle or tío is hiding in the back, seasoning that ground beef to the gods. Followed hand rolling it into the perfect sized balls to be flattened only at the moment of grilling—I honestly believe it maintains the integrity and balance of seasoned savoriness to juiciness that in turn releases an explosive flavor bomb of delectable deliciousness! Now I know everybody ain’t too keen on the red meat, but don’t you worry! They have Veggie burgers, chicken sandwiches, and even old school slug burgers too. Now I was not intending on this review to be a my comestible manifesto but Hugh’s just gets it outta me EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.So can we get into the lemonade already?! I really would much rather you spend your time eating Hugh Baby’s than reading this review but I’d never forgive myself if I didn’t mention, suggest, nay implore you to at least try the lemonade. Again I know a lot of people say “OuR LeMoNaDe Is FrEsH!” when in all actuality they might freshly mix some kind of concentrated situation in water and call it a day. Not by any stretch of the imagination would this fly at Hugh Baby’s I can almost guarantee you will probably even have a view of a literal mound of lemons in a huge bowl either recently depleted or waiting to be squeezed. Like Nike said, Just Do It.So I’m gonna wrap up this review right here but before I do, here’s a suggestion:Maybe it’s the 650 lb. man living inside of me but the forbidden combination that I’ve appropriately dubbed “the Barnyard” is probably one of the most dangerously divine things you’ll ever put in your mouth. It’s their crispy yet juicy chicken sandwich topped with Swiss cheese, a burger patty, cheddar cheese and bacon ? Make sure to get lettuce and tomato too cause you can’t have the chicken, cow and pig and not have at least a little touch of the garden.…and speaking of the garden for all my Keto kids out there, the way HB does lettuce burgers puts the rest to absolute shame!! I mean there’s a stability in their lettuce burger that I’ve never before witnessed. And they don’t just give you a few pieces of lettuce that will shrivel and wilt away to sheer nothingness by the time you get halfway through it. Like I said before JUST DO IT!Ok, I’m really done now…I think ? well, for now at least. Next time I’ll remember to take a picture before inhaling the entire order ??♀️Vegetarian options: As a die hard burger burger girl, even I have to admit it: High Baby’s veggie burger is just ? bellísimo!Dietary restrictions: Keto friendlyVegetarian friendlyFlavor friendly“
“Hear me out, peanut butter/bacon/fried bananas on a cheeseburger. It sounds crazy, but it’s easily one of the best burgers I have ever had anywhere! Also, the duck fat fries were amazing, and the service was awesome.Bottom line: Don’t walk, run to this place, you won’t regret it!“
“Met up with some friends for dinner and enjoyed the meal I had here. I got the ANM.L.-Style burger which was the signature burger for the restaurant. It was essential a double cheeseburger and it was good. It came with waffle fries, which is a rarity to find at placea and also got a local hard cider to drink. Overall, the experience was good and the environment had a good vibe to it. The service could’ve been a smidge better in terms of a checking in when it was time to order as well as the close out checks, but what can you do.“
“We spent a really nice end of Saturday at this bar where the atmosphere was excellent and just what I was looking for when coming to Nashville.Beer on the roof top for sunset and a few more inside with the fantastic country orchestra which played, for almost 4 hours non-stop, country songs to which all the Americans present in large numbers sang the lyrics . A few more line dances. At 10 p.m., the bar transformed into a dance floor with a DJ who attracted a crowd lining up to get in that we noticed on our way out.“
“I would recommend Liberty Common still even though my food experience wasn't the best. When a person orders one thing on the menu and it's not good that doesn't mean the entire restaurant failed. My server was great. The restaurant itself was clean and beautiful. The hosts were nice as well. I assume to return and order a different dinner.“
“If u don't want the hassle of grocery shopping & prepping ur meals 4 the week, this is ur spot. Great, Delicious,& Convenient, meals. Order a meal plan on the app, no subscription. Or pick up meals from freezers &/ or u can eat a delicious nutritious meal on site! Love this “
“I love the EL Hombre crafted burger with waffle fries. Never had a burger this good. I’m much of meat person, but this burger had me coming back for more. It’s location is near the Titans Stadium, that’s my stop before heading home after the game.“
“Went for trivia but we went on the day Michigan won the championship so trivia turned into football watching with good food. Our waitress was super nice and checked in a couple times while we were there. I got the buffalo chicken wrap and it was sooooo good. Super crispy chicken and perfect ratio from chicken to veggies. Big fan. The fries were pretty good- salty and crispy. I definitely want to try to do trivia again“
“Found this place by chance and can’t say enough good things about it. We picked a good time to eat there and didn’t have to wait. Barnabus had us setup with food and drinks in no time. Great selection of beers and tasty sliders. The service was outstanding and so was the food. I’d definitely recommend this to anybody in the midtown area.“
“If you haven't eaten at this place, you are seriously missing out on one of the best burgers!! They were AMAZING! The gyros are so darn good too!! Like, so good! Prices are reasonable and the service was great! Everyone was so friendly and took pride in their food!!! Everything was fresh and prepared to order. We had the Mad Max, Gyro, double patty cheeseburger, fries, onion rings and cheese sticks. All of it was delicious!!!! Do not judge the place by the front parking!!! There is more parking in the back. The inside is much bigger than what it looks like on outside. I cannot say enough good about the owner, employees and the food. Ten stars all around!!!!!!! We are all ready to go back and try other burgers.“
“If you're gonna eat here you better like hamburgers done 12 different ways. Food was excellent. Great music. Plenty TVs.Our server Jayse was tops. His Mgr stopped by our table to say hello and make sure everything was good. I'll be backWheelchair accessibility: Looks like a diner was able to sit at any table. The chairs are individual able to move out of the way.“
“Our server, Callista, was great. The Pile of Thighs was flavorful, but a little dry. The wings were fantastic. The Bacon Mac 'n was very good. Next time, I'll split the Tonka Truck full of wings with a couple friends. It was cold in the restaurant and the parking lot was a slushy, un-paved mess.“
“Big food menu, and we got the skillet w gravy on the side for the biscuit. That biscuit was huge too. Table outside ran our server hard then contested the check. We felt bad for the guy. He was sweet. We tipped to make up the difference for those people, who we later saw walk out of the liquor store w a baby next door w two bottle of liquor. But they can’t afford to tip the server? Glad we did the right thing now.“
“We got there within 40 minutes of closing (not busy thank goodness for us). We were served quickly. We had the Detroit pizza and it was fabulous. Food was great and the service was fabulous. We are only here for two days, otherwise I would definitely go again.“
“So I love Sam’s! The food is tasty, and service is good. However, last night I ordered the chicken finger/rib platter and was disappointed. My issue is the size of the chicken fingers(and a a little bit the quantity of sweet potato fries)…all 3 chicken fingers were small, with 1 no more than a nice nugget- I did not mention this to my waiter since everyone was slammed. Please revisit the prep work and make sure folks are receiving what they hope for…thanks!“
“Cozy sandwich shop, friendly service as soon as you walk in the door. The Philly on a wrap is really tasty and my wife loved the BLT. "Atmosphere" got 4-stars because the fountain drink machine was broken and there was no free option for a cup of water. The only bottle water option they had was Dasani (hashtag vomit ?) Overall this is a great place for a quick bite and within a few easy steps walking distance from Broadway.Wheelchair accessibility: Not wheelchair friendly unless you go ask the way around the block to a different entrance into the building and then back through aforementioned building to get to the sandwich shop.“
“I've been loving Fat Mo's for over 25 years. When I have one of their burgers it takes me back and that's because it's just as good as always! A lot of places start cutting quality to cut costs but not them. The food speaks for itself; don't let the building fool you. They are straight up quality people making quality food for reasonable prices. Helluva deal!Vegetarian options: Their veggie burger is delicious! It's not anything like those you can get at the store. I can actually taste, see and feel the veggies.“
“Now I’ve never been to a Hugh Baby’s that I didn’t love but there’s something extra special about this particular location. Maybe it’s the fact that unlike the other ones, this Hugh Baby’s is a standalone restaurant; which gives that classic old school diner feel without trying too hard. I absolutely love the energy and service from the entire staff! We walked in and were greeted with genuine enthusiasm, not that “I’m only asking because it’s required” kind of attitude. I honestly feel like if I would’ve said I’m not doing well, they would’ve asked how they could make it better. But on a serious note, I highly doubt that’s possible when you cross that threshold into Hugh’s world ?So let’s get into this food…now I very rarely get order remorse but my cousin ordered a chili dog that looked like something straight out of a 1990s backyard bbq fever dream. I must’ve been staring a tad too hard because giant glob of chili was just hanging on the precipice of her bun and my reaction was akin to trying to stop an inevitable head on collision.Luckily my number was called shortly afterwards so I could prepare for my own personal bliss. Of course I had to get another “Barnyard” special (chicken sandwich w/ beef patty + bacon) Now I’ve had a barnyard from every location but this location has the recipe DOWN!! See, the Barnyard will put you in the dirt if you’re not careful. It’s a lot if you’re not used to taking on the whole farm in one go, so I’d suggest just cutting it down the middle and saving the rest for later. But I’m convinced the crew here might be part Incredible Hulk, because they smashed that patty with the a level of perfection that both retained the juiciness of the beef yet not overshadowing the chicken. Although the same amount of meat as usual, the meticulous mashing made for a slightly less intimidating meal and I finished the whole thing and didn’t feel overly stuffed afterwards…I mean I’m still awake enough to write this review so that says a lot.The chicken was seasoned to perfection…like I could have legit just eaten the chicken alone. I mean no condiments, no bun, No Nothin’ just chicken. And I know that’s grammatically incorrect but this level of flavor kinda knocks the sense right out of you.I hardly make it to that side of town often but please believe, I just found the perfect excuse!! Hugh Baby’s for the win! Again!!“
“Kendall was our waiter and he was great! The Reuben was the best I’ve had. The kraut was dry, the dressing was just enough, and the butter on the bread was perfect, so the toasted rye did not get soaked like so many others I’ve had. Side of fried okra did not disappoint either.“
“I've been getting the surf shack style fries since they've been at this location. They are absolutely delicious. I chat with Mads every time, very personable and friendly and knows how to make a mean surf shack style basket! If you haven't tried them you're missing out for sure!!!!!“
“This place rocks! I can’t believe that there is still a local hangout in Nashville! I’m from here and to find a place like this is awesome to me. It’s a great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of tourist Nashville. The food is superb! Must get the Cajun dry rub wings! They were so good! Friday night DJ Papa Tiddy Rocks it out and Karaoke on saturdays as well! The ones who sing don’t think they are Britney Spears so that’s a super plus! Luis is so awesome as an owner and Cody and the rest of the staff are just incredible! I can’t believe I found such an awesome place to hang out and meet some great people! You must try the birria tacos! To die for!“
“Great sports bar to catch a game, especially during NFL season (it is known as a "Philly bar"). Great beer selection and good food for a pretty great price. Tons of TVs and pretty decent service - could be little quicker but it's not a huge deal. Great place for groups as well.“
“Whenever there's a line.. I will walk up To the order window and your order is expedited versus sitting in your car waiting until you reach the drive up window. If the line isn't open calling in helps too. Food and toppings are always fresh and love the seasoned fries. My burger go to fix never a failure!! Customer service is always pleasant.“
“The Owner And His Staff Were Very Hospitable And Had An Awesome Selection On The Menu, 2 Friends Met Me There And We Shared A Pizza, I Ordered A Grinder A Kunefeh To Go... Next Time I Can't Wait To Try There Tiramisu, For Definitely Worth The Trip Coming From Murfreesboro, Thank You Guys !“
“This place is good and reliable. They very rarely mess up an order, and the food is always prepared well. The burgers are my favorite, but they have a lot of options. If you want something cheap and tasty I recommend going here. The wait times can get a bit obscured though.“
“Do not hesitate to wait. There’s not a chance you’ll find something better by the time you get to whatever back up restaurant you pick.Big Al’s Deli is small and feels like you’re with family the moment you step through the door. You’re greeted and treated like you just got home. The service is exceptional, the atmosphere is friendlier than you’ll find anywhere outside of grandma’s kitchen, and the food takes you to a different place and time where everything just feels right.Get the catfish. Listen to what the waitress suggests you try, and enjoy an experience unlike any other.“
