“We finally tried the Candied Rib Company today—and WOW… I’m still thinking about it 🤤🔥 We had the pork sandwich, beef, ribs (can’t forget those!), potatoes, banana pudding, and coleslaw—and every single bite was incredible. The flavors were on point, the meat was tender, and everything tasted homemade and dialed in just right. I’ve seen them online for a while and decided to give them a shot today… and I’m so glad we did. Hands down, this is the best barbecue I’ve had in a long time—and honestly, the best brisket I’ve ever had. No question. Safe to say… we’ve found our new go-to BBQ spot 🙌 🔥 If you haven’t tried them yet, you’re missing out!“

“I work for Andrews Cadillac in Mt Juliet. We have a standing order with this location for 1st Saturday of every month. Sliders and fries. The food is always hot and ready and delicious! We had to call last thing today since we are closed tomorrow for 4th Of July- The General Manager>>>Pedro- jumped into action and had it ready in a flash! Kudos to the entire staff and owner. “I stopped by Sunday evening after a movie, and it had been a while since I’d visited this Steak ‘n Shake location. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch anyone’s names, but a huge shoutout to everyone working the evening shift on Sunday, 8/2/26!

The employee helping us was friendly, attentive, and somehow managed to provide fantastic service while also keeping the restaurant clean. Everything was either already clean or actively being cleaned, which definitely didn’t go unnoticed.

“Recently moved to Mt. Juliet and was thrilled to discover a local RR! My husband and I really enjoy the bar experience, and Brooklyn & Z definitely didn’t disappoint.

I’m a big fan of the onion rings and fish & chips, and of course, the food is only part of what makes the experience enjoyable. Brooklyn & Z made sure our orders were correct, checked in to see if we needed anything, and most importantly, they genuinely engaged with us.

What stood out was how they shared a little piece of themselves and made the interaction feel personal rather than just another customer transaction. You can tell when someone truly cares about the experience they’re creating for their guests—and these two did just that.

“Went and checked out this location with wife a few weeks ago. Decent location, clean store, but everything else left a lot to be desired. Bartender was fantastic but most of the menu was missing. Online menu was completely inaccurate and the kitchen was 86ed on all beef items as well as seafood, so we settled for an average charcuterie board and some chicken tenders. I am disappointed because I had such high hopes for this place.“
