“My family and I were pleasantly surprised by this random choice we made. It's small, and the outside isn't very assuming, but the food was phenomenal and the service was extremely generous. We got a table at around 11 on a Tuesday and by noon, the place was really filling up. The brisket was killer, and the turkey sandwich was delicious but absolutely massive!“

“First and foremost, Amaya is AWESOME. Literally the sweetest, friendliest, and most attentive person in the restaurant. Her service was very reflective of the restaurant's overall atmosphere. This particular night they were doing BOGO on crafts, so I got the Babe Magnet Rose Cider pictured. I'm not a fan of the beer taste but this was very well balanced and sweet enough for me. Also pictured is the Cajun Grilled Chicken Sandwich with waffle fries. The remoulade is a tad messy but the flavor is great and the fries were perfectly seasoned. My sister had the wings in which they also had good flavor but could stand to be a tad crispier in my opinion. But great experience overall!“

“Had a Chicago dog and fries. Fresh cut fries are great. A good mix of full fries and crunchy bits. Aside from not being a poppy seed bun, the hot dog was good. They use Vienna's "glow in the dark" pickle relish, which is a must on Chicago dogs. Had to ask for extra sport peppers because 2 isn't enough. Sweet tea was well sweetened without tasting like I was drinking sugar syrup.“

“The little gem is a well kept secret with the residents of Gladeville , TN! What a wonderful privilege it is to dine here! Southern hospitality at its finest! This quaint and cozy is absolutely special! The food is amazing: homemade comfort food made with the finest ingredients and love! I read the reviews in Google and a few other sites were either raving or trashing this place. I decided to give them a try and so glad I didn’t sway to another place! I ordered the Hamburger Steak with mushrooms, and onions in brown gravy with fried okra, fried apples, and a jalapeño cornbread muffin. Everything was perfect! I still had barely enough room and managed to order a serving of a hot fudge cake as recommended by my gracious hostess, Miss Christie, who was a true professional, who obviously takes pride in her work and loves her customers!“

“I've been in this shop twice now and honestly it's the best! The staff are really friendly and personable, the shop is small but provides enough dine-in space for multiple families to sit and eat, and the prices are unbeatable! Today I ordered 2 donuts and 2 very large muffins, and even with a tip it came out to less than $10. The same without the tip would come out to roughly $15 at Dunkin, and you wouldn't get the same experience.Everything is baked fresh every morning and tastes amazing! It's one of my favorite Sunday morning treats and I'll definitely keep going. If you want to support small businesses while also getting friendly service and tasty food at a reasonable price, this is your spot!“

“Great dinner with friends. We went on their 1 year anniversary and cocktails were 1/2 off! So we had some - all were super tasty and unique (in a good way).Food was excellent and everyone enjoyed it. Only complaint was that it took a bit long to get our food and it wasn't served at the same time - which bugs me.It's a great choice in an area that doesn't have a lot of great choices.“

“Very comfortable atmosphere and friendly service. It reminds me of a bar my uncle owned in Chicago, and the many sleepy taverns that line NYC streets where I grew up! “2nd best burger I've had in my life! That thang took me back to 1969 when I was 5 years old and we'd sometime grill burgers on Friday when my Dad got home from work...when times were simpler! Swiss Mushroom Cheeseburger and homemade chips! Came with no condiments, but Lara, who was excellent, brought some on the side...lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle and packet of mayo. Truly a great burger...but was toasted. (On a side note, best burger was less than a mile down the road at Catch 22. Long out of business, service was terrible)My wife got the Reuben Sandwich with French Fries. Also very good she proclaimed; ate half and brought half home. Fries were cold, or by the time I tasted them they were...4 stars, no cloth napkins, but can not complain about food or service. Mid afternoon about 2:45 p.m. Men's room was clean!! Kudos“

“Showed up at 6:45 (15 minutes before happy hour ends)Took 15 minutes for a server to come over and sure enough… Sorry! Happy hour is over. Keep in mind this was for Taco Tuesday and that’s the happy hour food my daughter wanted and this is why we came here.Seemed like it was going to be a big deal that we were ordering just 1 minute after happy hour ended so she had to go ask a manager. They said as long as only one person was ordering then they would be willing to honor. No big deal. She asked if we would like to get my daughter’s food in now and we agreed that would be great. 20 minutes later she claims she needed to wait to ring hers in because I hadn’t ordered yet and they have to place the order a certain way and would cause confusion. So needless to say, avoiding a table to prevent them from ordering under happy hour prices, then blaming the host for not telling you about your table is not too cool.Especially since we saw you see us get sat then, you sat down to finish your food, then checked on every table around us before finally deciding to come talk to us just as the happy hour ticked away.I know the drill. Some people go to work to hang out and we pay them to be there to get our food and such. But man I know if i had the opportunity to make more money by being good at what I do, then I’d at least try.“
