“We were in town with family for a funeral. We had reservations for 6 adults. We all ordered off the happy hour menu and the regular menu, food and drinks. Everything was great! Our server took care of everything without hovering. He asked if we were celebrating and when we told him we were in town for a celebration of life of a family member he brought us a dessert to share. We were not rushed, even when the restaurant filled up. It was an extremely nice experience. I hope to be able to return. Probably a good idea to make reservations especially for a weekend evening.“

“Possibly the best diner I have ever eaten. Service, quality, quantity, cleanliness, all great. When we visit our family in the area, we go to Uncle John’s as often as possible. It’s the little things like real butter, hot maple syrup, fresh avocado, and on and on that set this place apart from any other diner we have been to. Highly recommend!“

“The food was do delicious!! Finally getting around to trying it out after a long time living here, and it was so good.. warm, honey baked sammich with friend onions and sweet glaze.. very yummy.. had a wonderful server, too. Would definitely recommend!!“
