“I can't remember the lady's name at the front but she was amazing. She was working Friday about 6. SHE LOVES HER JOB and it comes through to the customer. That was my first time there and everything from serving to food was amazing. We ordered the pig and the pork chop. I'm a pizza snob and this pizza was legit. Also, if that wasn't the best pork chop I've ever had, it was in the top 5 for sure. I'm going back tomorrow because I definitely need to eat there one more time before I leave Nashville.“

“This place is a hidden gem. We stayed in East Nashville for a week and this was by far the best place we dined at. The server was so attentive, she noticed a fly on the window bothering me and killed it with a napkin. We ordered the cauliflower and kale salad to eat with our main dishes. For the entrees I ordered the heritage pork and my wife order the prime ny strip. The flavors on all the dishes were spectacular. My only gripe was the lack of salt on the cauliflower, which was an easy fix. I’ve never had pork chops and New York steak taste so tender. I recommend medium cook on each of those. The service was impeccable! I highly recommend this place if you are looking for good food that is not fried southern food or fine dining. This is the perfect medium. Bravo!“

“A trip back to the golden age of nightclubs. A real prohibition/film noir vibe. Top flight warm and friendly service from bar and waiting staff. Bar manager Rhys is right across the whole operation. Also really knowledgeable about the cultural history of the venue - which has been rocking it since 1948. Incredible music from sax player / Nat King Cole voiced Derek Williams, plus singers Laura Mayo and Dianne Sherrill fronting a superb jazz combo led by a highly charismatic pianist. The burlesque show is end to end class with elegance and humour balanced perfectly by co producers Jonny Gowow (musical director) and Tessa Mendoza (hostess / lead dancer). Food also of equally high standard. The prime rib is a near religious experience!“

“My new favorite place in Nashville!! I am a local born and raised, and have never been here. I kept seeing it on TikTok and had a friend coming in town so I made reservations, and I am so glad I did!! Everything from the vibes, drinks, food, and service was spectacular. For appetizers we got the watermelon and cantaloupe and it was the perfect mix of salty and sweet! We got the Stracciatella and it was good, but it was not my favorite thing. For dinner we got the rigatoni and agnolotti, and oh my goodness were they amazing. The corn in the Agnolotti was a weird combination, but I was willing to try and I can confidently say I will be returning for that dish alone!!

A must eat place in Nashville!! And that is big coming from a local because there’s tons of new places popping up with not great quality, but Rolf and Daughters is worth every penny!!“

The good: kind, patient check-in service; wicked fast food delivery; upscale pink sea salt at the table; addiction worthy chronic bacon; creamy texture cheese grits; and a water station with love note (see attached photo)

The bad (which isn’t, in this case): the biscuit itself (per the title of the establishment) was ok. Though to be fair, if you call yourself biscuit love, you set expectations very high.

There is a trend that I have noticed in Nashville, of independent fast casual establishments providing near full-service restaurant service levels. It’s a perfect blend of “in and out” and “I need help” that’s hard to achieve. Kudos.

“The staff was knowledgeable about the dishes being served. I found it unique that the menu changes regularly. The quail and trout we ordered was absolutely delicious! The beautiful garden was wonderful to look at through huge windows. There were trees that have been shaped specifically to provide privacy, which enhanced the ambiance of the restaurant.

Dietary restrictions: Staff asked if there were any allergies or dietary restrictions that the chef needed to be aware of when we were seated. We did not have any - unsure what their practices are.

Parking: Parking lot with free parking provided for customers. Pay to park public lots are nearby if needed.“

“This was my first time in Nashville and my friend took me to downtown Nashville where we ate at Acme Feed and Seed. We enjoyed the experience as we orders the fish sandwich with sweet potato fries and it tasted very good. I would definitely go back. We shared some appetizers, my sister loves wedge salad and this was the best one she’s ever had. The Almond risotto and the trout were so delicious we didn’t have room for dessert. “I got this place as a recommendation from Mr.ChimeTime on TT. I'm so glad I listened! This was some true southern cookin! They bring out a plate of scratch made biscuits which are so soft and moist. It comes with house-made blackberry and peach jam. They are both outstanding. For my meal I got the country fried steak and hash brown casserole. Sooooo damn good. The steak was cooked perfectly, crispy outside and moist inside. The casserole was delicious as well. My friend for the pork chops and those were a 9.6/10. When I go back to Nashville this will absolutely be on my list of places to go back to.
