“I was in the Nashville location on 1/28 during my visit to the area. It was packed but everything moved quickly, efficiently and the staff was so very friendly to everyone. That didn’t stop just at the start but all throughout our time there. The lady helping us (her name was Isis, I believe) even followed back up with us on something. Her and the manager went above and beyond to take care of us on something we didn’t even ask them to. Btw, nothing happened, they were just out of something, it came back in and they took care of us. A measure most would not do but she found us and made sure to take care. Now THAT is friendly customer service! The food is so amazing, y’all. This is going to be my new joint for every single visit to Nashville from now on. Hot dayum!!“

“Each time we fly through Nashville, we stopped here to eat. The food is really good, and the service is top-notch. The manager, Maverick? I think, will be seen busing tables during busy times. The wait staff is always friendly. This time we had Tracy- a spunky gal with a great attitude. No matter what you order you can’t go wrong with a side of their queso. That wonderfully smooth hot cheese dip is good on everything. Also, most of the time we split when we go here- we get the double patty burger- it’s excellent!“

“From the first bite to the last, ETCH delivered one of the best dining experiences we've ever had We started with the shrimp and squid bruschetta, and it immediately set the tone for the evening The seafood was incredibly fresh, perfectly cooked, and packed with flavor. The salmon was beautifully prepared with fresh vegetables that complemented it perfectly. The filet was fork-tender with an incredible sauce, while the osso buco was melt-in-your-mouth delicious and paired beautifully with sides. The venison was tender, perfectly cooked, and seasoned to perfection. Dessert was unforgettable. The chocolate mousse à la mode was rich yet light, paired with creamy vanilla ice cream and a hint of passion fruit. Three of us ordered that. We knew it would not be for sharing. The blueberry sundae featured the best blueberries we've ever tasted. And then there was the chocolate peanut butter brownie ice cream. As someone who's spent years trying chocolate peanut butter ice cream everywhere—from roadside shops to gelato in Italy—I can confidently say ETCH's version deserves to be considered one of the best in the world. The creamy chocolate and peanut butter, combined with rich brownie pieces, made it absolutely unforgettable. Normally I'd recommend a favorite dish, but I can't—because everything we ordered was exceptional. My advice? Go with a group, order a variety of dishes, and share everything. Every appetizer, entrée, side, and dessert that hit our table was outstanding, and every single person left talking about their favorites. Deb Paquette is a visionary and deserves a standing ovation The quality of the food, the creativity of the menu, the impeccable service, and the very reasonable prices make ETCH absolutely worth the trip. “say less. One of my favorite breakfast places in Nashville and there are plenty, believe me. Everything is fantastic, the service is perfect, and it’s not called the biscuit house for nothing. The biscuits are amazing and if you don’t get biscuits with sausage gravy, at least on the side, then you’re making a mistake. We had to wait 25 minutes and it was well worth it.“

“Possibly the best meal I've ever had. The wagyu melted in my mouth, but the real star was the elk - the chipotle honey sauce was a perfect complement. They even brought by a dessert because it was our anniversary. Travis even told us some history of the building from the Civil War that made the night that much more memorable. “Everything was great including the food. Problem of the food which is not a big deal is the fact that the food is not seasoned. I loved my food with flavor. Appetizers is fine but the meat needs to have flavor. Overall, the experience was incredible! They're nice and it is pricey so make sure you have money when you go there.“

“We had a great time at Robert’s! The music was great and the bologna sandwich was delicious. We came a little early on Sunday to hear the praise service; which was so nice. We knew the grill didn’t open until later, which was fine. The only complaint we had was one of the waitresses/ bartenders was a complete a$$! She was slamming things down on the bar and said she was “not talking to anybody before noon. “ We weren’t in any hurry for our sandwiches and didn’t try to order early or anything. She was just sooo rude!! It’s a great place, but that one woman was a real bummer! She should find a different line of work!!! Away from the public.“

“we went to this restraunt during my husband's work party last night and it was amazing! the drinks were made so fast! they were made very well, you can tell that the bar tender really takes the drinks seriously in the best way! :) their very social and kind, they were super calm even through everyone getting their and getting drinks prepped and sent out, then the food was a solid 9/10! for me personally I'm a picky person but i loved just about everything, the servers and host were also very kind I wish I had gotten all their names to reccomend! the bar tenders name was Christian and he was truly wonderful at his job, my favorite was the creme Brule dessert, it was sweet and smooth and crunchy and perfect, I truly reccomend this place for a calm or social event where your able to truly relax in a wonderful little place ❤️ also the alcohol selection was really nicely selected i had tried the spicy sangria, pomegranate margarita, polar pear & blackberry something, they were also so good about telling the ingredients and what they like about the drinks makes it an easier selection, or they have bourbon for those who love a strong smooth drink“
