“Amazing dinner!!! The food was top notch and the price was reasonable. Chef Paquette did not disappoint. The Meatballs were fun. The fried pasta with the crunchy touches really lit the dish. The venison was cooked perfectly and there was no gamy flavor. Just perfectly soft and tender. Lastly the dessert was another delectably perfect mix of soft and crunchy. Chef did an incredible job of mixing textures. Loved this place.

My only critique… Skip the cauliflower. Kinda basic.“

That didn’t stop just at the start but all throughout our time there. The lady helping us (her name was Isis, I believe) even followed back up with us on something. Her and the manager went above and beyond to take care of us on something we didn’t even ask them to. Btw, nothing happened, they were just out of something, it came back in and they took care of us. A measure most would not do but she found us and made sure to take care. Now THAT is friendly customer service! The food is so amazing, y’all. This is going to be my new joint for every single visit to Nashville from now on. Hot dayum!!“

“Each time we fly through Nashville, we stopped here to eat. The food is really good, and the service is top-notch. The manager, Maverick? I think, will be seen busing tables during busy times. The wait staff is always friendly. This time we had Tracy- a spunky gal with a great attitude. No matter what you order you can’t go wrong with a side of their queso. That wonderfully smooth hot cheese dip is good on everything. Also, most of the time we split when we go here- we get the double patty burger- it’s excellent!“

We had a number of food intolerences at our table and everyone was able to get a ton of food due to the vast selection and so many options. Everything was fresh and constantly being replenished. Line for the buffet moves quickly and servers are quick and attentive when you need them. Would come back to Nashville just for this brunch !!“

Get the Snap-O-Razzo hot dog - it’s a hidden secret how good it is!! ;) Grab a burger, couple beers, a couple hot dogs, and head up to the top outdoor seating patio area to chill. “Possibly the best meal I've ever had. The wagyu melted in my mouth, but the real star was the elk - the chipotle honey sauce was a perfect complement. They even brought by a dessert because it was our anniversary. Travis even told us some history of the building from the Civil War that made the night that much more memorable. We knew the grill didn’t open until later, which was fine. The only complaint we had was one of the waitresses/ bartenders was a complete a$$! “we went to this restraunt during my husband's work party last night and it was amazing! the drinks were made so fast! they were made very well, you can tell that the bar tender really takes the drinks seriously in the best way! :) their very social and kind, they were super calm even through everyone getting their and getting drinks prepped and sent out, then the food was a solid 9/10! for me personally I'm a picky person but i loved just about everything, the servers and host were also very kind I wish I had gotten all their names to reccomend! the bar tenders name was Christian and he was truly wonderful at his job, my favorite was the creme Brule dessert, it was sweet and smooth and crunchy and perfect, I truly reccomend this place for a calm or social event where your able to truly relax in a wonderful little place ❤️ also the alcohol selection was really nicely selected i had tried the spicy sangria, pomegranate margarita, polar pear & blackberry something, they were also so good about telling the ingredients and what they like about the drinks makes it an easier selection, or they have bourbon for those who love a strong smooth drink“

“While visiting family in Nashville we dined at Gunnons. This was my second visit, and I again was not disappointed. The prime rib is superb and much more than I could eat. Our table shared the eggplant olivia and I have to say that it is the best eggplant dish I have ever eaten.“
