When we were first seated, we were placed in the back room away from the music, and honestly it wasn’t the experience we came for. But the moment we spoke with Derek and Nicole, everything changed. Their customer service was beyond exceptional. They listened, understood exactly what we wanted, and the management team went above and beyond to make it right by moving us to an incredible table right up front by the stage.

Popped in this afternoon to catch a friend playing music, had already eaten but figured I’d buy a drink to be polite: $5.23 for a half pint of coke 🤮🤮 Staff are nice but that’s insane, don’t think I’ll be going in again
