“The mushroom pasta with an addition of the most perfect steak was amazing. The flavors melded so well together. The steak was like butter melting in my mouth. The carrot cake and chocolate mousse were rich but delicious. The cocktail that was called flamingo shirt I believe was one of the best drinks I’ve had.“
“We met a friend here on our way back from the midwest. This was our halfway point. The kitchen closed before we arrived, but the staff let my friend order before it closed so we could have a meal ready for us upon arrival. The staff was super friendly and made meal suggestions. The food was delicious!!! As were the drinks. The staff was so nice and accommodated all our needs. We tried appetizers, main dishes, and dessert as well. I wanted my belly to expand just so I could eat more. Loved the decor and atmosphere. Will come here again when passing through Nashville!!!“
“This was our first time going some super fancy. The atmosphere was absolutely breathtaking and the skyline view of Nashville! The service was fantastic and our server was so helpful with helping us decide what to get!! Lastly the food was HEAVENLY, will definitely go back again“
“Apr 2024 - After our Bluebird Cafe plan fell through, Marjie made early reservations at Jane’s for Dinner and music on Sunday night. We thoroughly enjoyed the unique menu, especially the okra appetizer. John, the proprietor, told us about his place and we settled in to listen to Addy/Domino. Fantastic musicianship from the various band members who seemed to gradually increase every few songs. I’m not sure we ever heard any original material like I expected, but she’s a wonderful singer of classics. We headed back across the river and got to see the TN statehouse all lit up on the hill.“
“Curated cocktails working with the patron to develop a real visceral experience. And it’s off Broadway which is why it took me so long to find as I don’t do the touristy things. Learned that they’ve been here 15 years crafting true cocktails. Sad it took me so long to find! Sam and Brandy - amazing bartenders. Cocktail creation is stellar and that’s where this place shines - not off the beaten path just for fun, but truly putting thought and science behind creating an EXPERIENCE.So Sam worked with me to find my tastes - sampling products along the way to dial in to ensure I would enjoy his creations. And enjoy I did… spectacular experience! While sad that Fable closed, happy to find this gem. It’s strange to me that there are so many tourist bars around here so not sure who will find this review but if you have a developed palette and care about your drink, go to Patterson House and just enjoy the ride…“
“We were in Nashville for a few days and The Treehouse was near our stay. We decided to pop in for dinner and our meal was delicious. Tanner, our server, was very attentive and knowledgeable. His recommendations were great and we enjoyed the atmosphere and food. My husband had the chicken (bring your appetite - it is huge!) and I had the gnocchi. We also enjoyed the burrata starter. We hope to return again when the weather is nice and enjoy their large outdoor space.“
“The burgers were the best I’ve had since before the owner of Jumbo & Delicious passed away. Years ago! Very very good, just how it comes. My husband doesn’t even like sauce and he loved the sauce that came on it. The pickles were almost too close to the taste of cucumber (hate cucumber) but they were good too!The fries were okay. Nothing to write home about. Not sure why people like these pencil sized fries. The seasoning was okay as well. I like Zaxby’s fries better. The cheese curd appetizer was very good and the manager came to check on the taste of those. Forgot to take a pic of those because we were hungry. The burger meals were $15 each and appetizer was $11. Not terrible prices for these times. They allow dogs, it seems. So that is cool. The place was packed but we got seated pretty fast. It got even busier as we left. Overall, you must go in to try the burger or the onsite brewery (which I did not try, but not my thing to spend tons on beer).“
“I celebrated my 40th birthday in Nashville last weekend and the highlight was Harper’s! The food is incredible but the service almost tops the food. Our server William was so attentive to every need and made our dining experience one of the best we’ve had! Thank you Harper’s we’ll be back!“
“If you EVER want BBQ in Nashville, do yourself a favor and go to Edley's on 12th!!! The Very Best BBQ I think I have EVER had!!! The ribs ( and we came in 45 minutes before they closed on a Sunday night!!!) They were so tender and perfect!!! We had potato salad and Mac and cheese ?YUMMMM!!! EVERYTHING was delicious!!! And the service was phenomenal!!!You might be able to tell I REALLY loved it!!! Sincerely , a BBQ fanatic!!!!“
“This is the first one I ever been to Avo in over 7 years. I had a late lunch with a friend who is vegan and I did not know they were no longer raw vegan. She had the Nachos which were piled high and she liked them. I ordered the vegan cheese plate to share and the seasonal pot pie. Noah was the chef that day and he put his foot in it on Friday! My friend had to thank him and let him know how well he did. The pot pie had sweet potatoes on it which I was not expecting because it was a little too sweet for me BUT I had leftovers and it tasted better the next day! Fury was our waitress and she was so fun and attentive! She was down for our respectful shenanigans. The place is casual and designed like most places modern causal places. Open, open bench sitting in one side and a chair on the other.“
“Hands down the best all around dinner experience in Nashville. Presentation was off the charts! This was our first time visiting, they had a “Christmas Eve” menu which looked delicious but we came with our hearts set on the steak; no questions asked the kitchen was happy to adjust, we received the best steak we have tasted yet! The staff was beyond wonderful, the atmosphere was perfect. Love love loved Yolan; this will be a must have every time we visit Nashville! Thank you Yolan for the perfect Christmas Eve experience!“
“This place is so nice. We got here around 9pm but stayed until the closed. We sat at the bar and ordered drinks and the Miso eggs and they were both delicious. We talked to the bartender Brandon and the server Peter. We had a nice chat about small town living and moving to the big city. Even though he has people at the bar he made the experience so personal. At the end of the night we meet the cook (who made the eggs) Devon and told him how amazing the eggs were. The drinks were beautifully made and would recommend the Crocodile tears and the Southern gothic. Both strong drinks but beautiful balance and great body.“
“Amazeballs! It's just a unique, cool vibe with laid-back, friendly staff ... Yummy breakfast all day which is always a plus for me... Well worth the trip! Loved it! I randomly selected it by googling places with breakfast all day & it had good reviews & turned out to be a slamdunk!“
“Amazing service and super good coffee! We got the goo-goo cluster inspired one and it was so unique! I love the vibe and also free street parking. Would come back for sure! The barista was so sweet and went the extra mile for us. We are on a coffee crawl today sharing drinks and she portioned it out for us evenly without even being asked.“
“We just returned from a fun long weekend in Nashville. Eating at Cafe Roze for dinner was our culinary high light. Their chili eggplant dish was unbelievable. What I wouldn’t do for that recipe…and the talent to prepare it to perfection. I wanted to continue vegetarian so I ordered the simple pasta - also done to perfection. Others at our table had the paprika chicken, wedge salad with salmon and vegetarian dinner bowl. All raved about their dish and ate every bite. This is a very special cafe. Small intimate and lovely - but the food is the star. The noise level was not crazy loud either which we appreciated. Best restaurant in Nashville by a mile.“
“I had the best experience yesterday. Not only was it the first time I've ever eaten alone but it was my birthday on the 12th and the staff were soo sweet. The food was amazing and it was such a beautiful place inside and out. Highly recommend“
“I may have had the best meal of my 55-year life! I had the scallops (off-menu special) and my husband had the pork chops. What an amazing explosion of flavors in both dishes! Lobster bisque was subtle (not too salty) and rich - so good! And the service was off the charts fantastic! Props to Max and Andrew! Delicious wines and great live music, which wasn't too loud. We could still talk easily. The only cons were the Brussels sprouts, which are brought out as a complementary extra, but they were just steamed and lightly seasoned. I like Brussels sprouts, but these were simply not great (like why bother?). And the seating was not super comfortable. Bench seat was hard - per my husband - and my chair was really low and the table had a large pedestal bottom, so between those two and my long legs, I had to sit sideways. But it won't stop us from coming back. The restaurant itself is beautiful! Excellent meal and lovely evening!“
“We always bring out of town company and celebrate birthdays here but never again. They put us in a room with 3 tables set up for 4 each and one real long table for about twenty, The table behind us was so loud as was their waiter, we couldn't carry on a conversation Our guests were people from outside America and we would have liked to have been able to enjoy a nice meal and conversation with them. When did Urban Grub become a zoo? I can't believe the little regard shown the 3 separate tables as looking at all of our faces the dining experience was totally unacceptable . Whoever arranged for small parties to be sharing space with an obnoxiously loud party needs more training. Our waiter was good only because neither of us could hear each other and had to continually repeat our request because he couldn't hear us. When he could hear us he was very attentive and an excellent server This experience should NEVER occur in a fine dining establishment as the Urban Grub is known for.UPDATE: Husband and I returned for my birthday as I trust the oysters being shipped almost daily to Urban Grub. We spoke with Jeremiah and he apologized profusely for the situation unfortunately exposed to on our last visit. He advised if we are ever unhappy with our dining experience there to let him and/or the hostess know immediately. This time around our experience was as it has been in the past...great. Jeremiah did give us an appetizer for a gift and a birthday dessert that they seem to do for birthdays. Thanks again and we'll be back.“
“Best way to celebrate a Bach!!! Amazing show, surprisingly pretty good brunch. Our server Kat kept checking in making sure we were good & had everything we needed. The queens took my man which was hilarious. I’d love to have a photo of where he is hiding on your wall of men ?“
“I had a very tasty breakfast here on a Sunday morning. I would recommend getting there early because by the time I left, it was packed! I sat at the bar and it was packed too! I ordered the country breakfast with scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, and a biscuit. I subbed the pork options for a piece of fried chicken breast (there is a $4 upcharge for this I believe). I also ordered a latte which was sooooo tasty. I nearly ordered two but decided against that. My meal came out promptly and everything looked great. The chicken was seasoned and tender with a nice crispy skin. The biscuit was small but fluffy and buttery. The hashbrowns were way too oily, so I pretty much skipped those. I would definitely come back here. The decor was nice and the staff was even better. There is a lot of parking in this area so you shouldn't have to worry about that part. They also have mimosas!“
“Such a magical spot! The cocktails could stand on their own but the rotating pianists and special events really make this place one of a kind. Every out-of-town visitor I have, I make sure to take them here. I had a very memorable birthday here where the owners treated us so beautifully. They go out of their way to take care of their guests and make sure everyone is having fun. I don’t visit as much as I’d like since moving away from the area, but returned for drunk disney last night and had a blast!“
“Two Ten Jack is a gem in East Nashville. I always visit when people come from out of town. The food is top notch, and on par with high-end Asian food restaurants with a small, local neighborhood restaurant feel. The cocktail options are plentiful, delicious, and reasonable in cost.Service is solid, always helpful and engaging with the party.Parking is plentiful, but do be aware later in the evening it can be difficult as it's a community lot.“
“My wife and I were extremely blown away by the unique opportunity we had with chef Ryan. Never could we have imagined the tasteful 12 course meal made for us. Unfortunately my words fail to paint a proper picture of the quality and excellence of Ryan's skill and the journey to another world this was..thank you!“
“Hannah H was AMAZING!!! She was speedy and friendly and knowledgeable (especially on the gluten free options). She had patience for our friend that took forever in ordering. And didn’t judge our other friend for being picky and asking for everything to be taken off. Thanks Hannah H!Dietary restrictions: They had good options for people with celiacs.“
“You don’t feel like you are in the business direct of Nashville. The vibe in this place is amazing. The service is 5⭐️ from the moment you walk in to the Black Rabbit. The rabbit rolls are incredible. Really any of their bread is a must order. The cherry glazed tuna was a stat in itself. We complimented it with the spiced tomato polenta which was very nice. For our mains, we had the half roast chicken and the ribeye. The chicken is one you’d ask for as your last meal. Tommy’s attention to detail is incredible. He was not happy with our steak and had it redone. It gave us more time with the chicken and the steak was worth the wait. The flavor the wood fire gives it is one of the best flavors ever. If you haven’t been here you need to try it for date night.Bonus: the live music is very good and not an intrusion to your dinner experience.“
“Impeccable meal. Everything was cooked to perfection and so flavorful with decent portion sizes. Menu is small so they can make sure every dish on offer is fantastic. Wine was very good and reasonably priced. Server was attentive but not intrusive. We would love to come back!Parking: Very limited parking, we had to park across the street at the Publix.“
“From the moment you step in, the vibe is welcoming and trendy, setting the stage for a memorable meal. The menu is a delightful mix of classics and innovative dishes, each one bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The service is top-notch! We loved our waiter, Abigail! Whether you're a local or a visitor, Marsh House is a must-try for anyone looking for a stellar food in Nashville. Highly recommend!“
“Our waitress was beyond friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable with options. Great suggestions and the food was incredible. She also suggested the smoked option for our old fashioned drinks, and we thought the Sidecar with the experience of adding the smoke right by our table was a great add on. We sat right in front of the stage and the live music was fantastic. I celebrated my 39 birthday and couldn’t have been happier with choosing the Supper Club! Can’t wait to come back again when we are in town again.“
“I love this place. I come here every time I'm in Nashville. The regulars are always welcoming. Bar staff is perfect. Never an empty drink. And..... the brisket tacos from Backstage BBQ out of the kitchen are off the chain. Always coming back.“
“Cane here with the Secret Food Tour - East Nashville edition. Great drinks and a pretty good catfish taco. We're from Southern California, so that's a pretty high bar for fish tacos. But these were very good, and everyone else loved them.We sampled the, apparently, famous bushwacker which is a slushy Kahlua, Bailey's, milkshake situation. And also a Bloody Mary, which wasn't the star of the show, but it was good. And the service was very good and the atmosphere is cool.“
“Met amazing people out here from visiting from out of town and some really incredible volleyball. 2 Courts are awesome with lights. If you have your own ball you can typically come and play earlier than the opening time. Overall loved it. Right beside our hotel.“
“I had such a great experience here, what a great place to stop in and check out if you’re traveling alone. The bartender I had named Eric was so nice and friendly. Eric helped create a drink catered to my taste preferences which was impressive seeing that this bar did not have a menu for cocktails but had their employees asked what your drink preferences were instead and made a cocktail based on what you liked which I thought was so cool! Very memorable and Eric also gave me some great suggestions on what to do as a tourist visiting the city. The experience overall felt very personable and inclusive. I will most definitely be back here the next time I visit Nashville.“
“Friendly service, chill atmosphere with a wide variety of interesting cocktail options. Stopped in on a whim and am super pleased I did!! Definitely recommended if you're looking for a great cocktail bar that isn't overrun but tourists/bachelorettes. It's TINY, but there's outdoor seating.“
“This place’s Birria Tacos are to die for! Genuinely think it’s the only place in Nashville that’s gotten the birria taco trend down correct. The hot chicken tacos are also simply delicious. Really good twist on the hot chicken trend that actually turn out delicious. Add in the different flavored margaritas, especially during happy hour, and this is such a delicious fun spot to spend a couple hours! Even the salsa served is top quality, it’s not just a simple bland salsa a lot of places may serve. The price point is solid for some really good quick food.Been to the other location a couple times, but stumbled on this one recently and this one is a lot better. Our waitress/bartender was so personable and made the whole experience so enjoyable!Parking: The only downside is probably the parking. You have to pull immediately off the main road into a diagonal parking spot, so when backing out you’ll be backing out into traffic. Theres very limited spots and if you can’t get one into front of the restaurant you’ll have to park down further or a road behind and walk.“
“Always the best spot in west Nashville. I love the tofu, panzanella, salad, meatballs, basically everything. Plus their Sunday meal service/pickup is so fun to buy and makes entertaining at home easy and impressive.Kid-friendliness: Has a kid menu and kind to kids“
“Edley's has the best BBQ food in the WORLD! I've never had a bad meal there. I especially love the burnt ends. Service is "help yourself" and I don't mind at all. A lot of times, I like to help myself when wait staff is busy. You order at the counter when you come in. You're given an order number for your table and your glass for your beverage. Find yourself a table and your food is brought to you and you help yourself to your beverage. I haven't ordered anything from the bar, so I can't help there.“
“Wow Pullman, this was the perfect place to celebrate a very special occasion. You can truly feel the love and attention in every detail from the decor to the menu. The drinks were absolutely fabulous, and big thanks to the mixologist for helping us choose from the extensive list. Still thinking about the cheerful Sleeping Car cocktail (and the wallpaper.) Don't miss the onion dip and General Tso Cauliflower. Thank you thank you for such an incredible experience!!“
“This place was amazing! From the patient host that took our order (group of 6 with two young kids 3 and 5) to the very friendly serving staff that made sure we had every need met, checked in on us regularly and remembered all the little things. The food was sooo good. The wings, grits, and greens were highlights but the FREE banana pudding that we were given as first time patrons stole the show. Drinks were strong and tasty as well. This was our first time to Nashville and when we come back we will make sure to stop in at Edley’s! The staff really went above and beyond for us.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly!“
“Our first visit to Bastion was seamless from start to finish. It was one of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to. Food, drinks, even the water…all of it was excellent. They have a convenient and validated parking lot (which already was enough to win my heart). From the second we walked in, it was clear to me that the staff are experts at anticipating needs. Our water glasses were never more than half full. Each course was delicious and thoughtfully presented at the exact moment we were ready for the next round. The chefs were friendly and knowledgeable. Our bill was given to us in a timely way. These little moments only added to the fantastic culinary experience. We are already planning our next Bastion visit!“
“First trimester has me limited on food. Last night I was feeling so awful. Nothing heavy sounded good. Looked up places near us & they came up. It was 10/10 what my belly needed. The sticky rice was amazing , the miso soup was SO good. Got sushi too & didn't get a chance to eat it but excited for it today. Also, appreciate their side options. My kiddo wouldn't eat a full meal but the side option allowed us to get her something she actually would. 10/10 will eat again when in the area! Also appreciated the to go option & the wait time wasn't bad.“
“My mom and I dined in on a Friday night and had the best service stating with Donna who took our orders. We sat in a booth and was immediately greeted by Alfredo who made sure we had everything for our food. He was so nice and even shared his favorite dishes to try next time. Then, Big Al stopped by to see if we needed anything and after sharing his favorites, he brought a sample of the turkey for us to try. So tender and juicy! I recommend trying the turkey, brisket tacos and catfish for entrees and for the sides: green beans, potato salad, okra, fries. Perfect Friday night!“

“Not one to leave reviews but Pearl diver is a GEM. Vibes are off the charts, cocktails are are sensational - and Virginia!?!?! She’s the best server/bartender I’ve ever had. Seriously so contagious and I think she’s a rockstar. Keep it “
“Enjoyed my breakfast here! I came on a Sunday before 10am, the place was a short walk from my hotel. I’m glad I came early because it got busy fast. I sat outside because it was less of a crowd. My only issue being outside was the seats were very stained. Other than that I got a morning beverage and a delicious omelette. My server was so sweet(I wish I remembered her name). Overall I had a nice meal and enjoyed my time.“
“This is almost as perfect as a lounge could be. Excellent service with sweeping views of the city. Layout was elegant with upbeat background music that was noticeable but permitting conversation. I had my trusty old fashioned which gave me the expected satisfaction. I ventured to have the disco inferno cocktail which had a presentation as potent as its smoky flavor and strength. I would recommend slow easy sips on this one!“
“Came here with a friend on a Friday night, and enter the bar before the sun went down so we were able to get a nice sitting area. Loved the music this bar played as it was throwback tunes. The vibe reminds me of 1970s decor. There isn't a server that comes to your table to take your order, so you do have to walk up to the bartender to place an order, which didn't bother me. My friend ordered the chicken sandwich and fries, and I got the grilled cheese and tomato soup. The fries are incredibly delicious, with perfect seasoning, and the right amount of crisp. The grilled cheese was so delicious, as it's made on sourdough bread with a hint of sea salt on top. The tomato soup to dip it in was icing on the cake. The eclectic crowd and ambience is really welcoming. There's free parking outside around the building, and they have an all-inclusive sign by their entrance.“
“Rachel was amazing!!! Friendly, knowledgeable, kind, helpful!!! She was great!! We were thinking of switching tables because we preferred the sofas vs the hard chairs but we decided not to because we loved Rachel!!! Brandon was so kind to check in with us and explain why you don’t offer dessert on the rooftop. Will definitely be back!!“
“DATE OF VISIT : 2.22.24I was thinking about this place for days after eating here. I just moved to KY from AZ and was really needing a taste of good sushi like back home. Took a weekend trip to Nashville and this spot did NOT disappoint. This place exceeded expectations. Not only did it satisfy the craving, but It made me excited to visit Nashville again! Service was wonderful and the atmosphere was laid back. Very enjoyable dinner.“
“The fresh margaritas, chips, salsa, and queso at Pancho and Lefty‘s are next level good. Not to mention, the Adobo Chicken taco, which has been my favorite since 2017. I could seriously eat here like once a week and be super happy. I sat at the bar for a spontaneous Friday Happy Hour. The music and the vibe is fantastic, and the bartenders and clientele are nice. People are friendly, but will not bother you if you want to be left alone. The country music theme is a bonus. Townes Van Zandt lyrics to his hit “Poncho & Lefty” are on the stairs down to the bathroom and secret bar. I plan to return Monday through Thursday for the half-off Margarita special!Dietary restrictions: Poncho and Lefty is very gluten-free friendly. I have celiac and I always feel fine when eating the chips there, although there is cross-contamination in the fryer. If you are super sensitive, do not eat the chips. But the tacos are safe for you! The queso is gluten-free.“
“A trip back to the golden age of nightclubs. A real prohibition/film noir vibe. Top flight warm and friendly service from bar and waiting staff. Bar manager Rhys is right across the whole operation. Also really knowledgeable about the cultural history of the venue - which has been rocking it since 1948. Incredible music from sax player / Nat King Cole voiced Derek Williams, plus singers Laura Mayo and Dianne Sherrill fronting a superb jazz combo led by a highly charismatic pianist. The burlesque show is end to end class with elegance and humour balanced perfectly by co producers Jonny Gowow (musical director) and Tessa Mendoza (hostess / lead dancer). Food also of equally high standard. The prime rib is a near religious experience!“
