Even for folks not as obsessed with coffee drinks as myself, they were all absolutely blown away. This is the absolute best Espresso Martini in Nashville and I would argue it has to be one of the best in the country as well. She’s T H I C C, creamy, not a sugar bomb, and it deviates from the 3 bean garnish with a delightful, tasteful placement of coffee grounds. “We checked this place out last Saturday and it was everything we'd hoped for. I'm currently adding an Absinthe program to a new concept I'm building and the gentlemen that took care of us (ashamed that I forgot his name) was a rockstar! He took the time to educate us on different techniques and the differences between Absinthes of different origins. We asked him to surprise us with chocolate and Absinthe pairings and he surely did not disappoint. If you are new to this world, have no fear. Our server was great as well. We loved how the courses were separated so that we were able to enjoy each dish on its own. Having never had corn ribs before, we were blown away by how good they were. This was our first time visiting, they had a “Christmas Eve” menu which looked delicious but we came with our hearts set on the steak; no questions asked the kitchen was happy to adjust, we received the best steak we have tasted yet!
