Jean crafts the smoothest, most flavorful, and downright delicious martinis I’ve ever had. Every drink feels intentional, balanced, and made with real pride in his craft.

Beyond the cocktails, it’s Jean’s energy that keeps you coming back. He makes you feel welcome the moment you sit down, remembers what you like, and creates an atmosphere that feels both elevated and comfortable.

“It was a pleasant surprise to find the Minute Suite. We had a 4 hour layover and we booked one hour to rest. There was an overhead lightbulb that was blinking and the room thermostat would not change. The attendant was very nice and got a cozy blanket to keep warm. Hubby rested and Wife used the desk to make additional travel plans. Would definitely use this service again!“

“So first of all excellent experience all around beautiful place beautiful views easy to get to easy to self park in the Sheraton garage . 10/10 service from our server Connor and the hostess Anniesia . Both employees were kind sweet and very welcoming . The negative isn’t shocking . The garage is $15 for two hours we missed it by 3 min and we had to pay $35 so if you go be back 2 min before the 2 hour mark ! great night out for our anniversary thank you Skye Lounge team . what we ordered was a 10/10 and from 5pm-6pm full sushi rolls are half off“

“As an industry professional myself, I was impressed. By far the best food I have ever had at any hotel restaurant (including some wedding venues). I had the smoked pork belly sandwich and it is definitely in the top ten best sandwiches I’ve ever had.“

“Each time we visit the food is fantastic. I like that the menu changes frequently.Recently we had a party there and rented the top floor. It was perfect! Management was easy to work with during party planning. There was space for kids to run around when they finished eating without disturbing other diners, the wait staff was very attentive, and the food was exceptional. It was perfect and very reasonably priced for what we received. We will be back!

Kid-friendliness: The top floor allowed space for children to be a bit louder and mobile than typically would be appropriate during a dinner outing. Their kid menu was a hit with all the littles.“

“The bar was really busy and there were only two bartenders working. One tall guy I think his name was Sandi really impressed me. He was super professional he kept everything organized, took orders quickly, made drinks perfectly, and didn’t forget any garnishes. Great service.“

“Got the Tennessee bourbon steak with fries and a drink, food was excellent and service was fast. Steak was cooked perfectly, it was juicy, tender, and flavorful. Fries were cripsy and well seasoned. Definitely pricey, but definitely one of the better airport dining experiences I've had. Only negative is that the glasses seem to be very consistently dirty with stuff floating in the drinks, they need to work on this...“
