“It’s been a number of years since we frequented Kayne Prime due to a move out of state. Last night’s experience was excellent. We were celebrating my husband’s retirement and each staff member we encountered asked about it, congratulated him and took care to make it notable. You also upped your game with the cute goat cheese tarts and palette cleanser. Last night was truly an experience above the excellent meal you are known for. We are blessed to have dined in many high end restaurants and last night you especially rose to the top. Must shout out our server Matthew. He is so knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. My sister and brother-in-law came in from Memphis to celebrate my birthday, and everything—from the food to the service—was outstanding, as always. “My kids took me for my birthday. Walking in, the ladies at the front were very nice wishing me a happy birthday. Our waiter, Clifton, could not have been any nicer or attentive. My menu came with a Happy Birthday Anna written on it. The whole experience was really special. Everyone was just friendly and did their job over and above expectations. The food was very good. My daughter and I split a 12 oz Cowgirl ribeye which was perfect. My son got the Cowboy ribeye and he said it was amazing. The Mac n cheese was good. My DIL got the pasta primavera and she liked it. “Everything was great including the food. Problem of the food which is not a big deal is the fact that the food is not seasoned. I loved my food with flavor. Appetizers is fine but the meat needs to have flavor. Overall, the experience was incredible! They're nice and it is pricey so make sure you have money when you go there.“

“We stopped in while in Nashville. We were the first in the restaurant and were greeted by the. AMAZING staff. We didn’t have a reservation but were treated very well. We weren’t sure what we wanted to order so our server gave us some recommendations that didn’t disappoint. From the drinks to the end we were checked on frequently. Steak was like butter and cooked to perfection. Yes, the prices are high. That being said we will be returning and have recommended it to several friends as a “must try” while visiting Nashville.“

“We picked this place because of the location & menu. The menu was decent & fairly priced. Food was good except for the pork chop being undercooked. Most of it was eaten before discovering it was uncooked cooked in the middle. When brought to the waiter's attention he said “sorry about that”. Free dessert was brought out for a birthday in our party, but I think the pork chop could have been taken off the bill. That should have not left the kitchen undercooked.“

“Spent a week in Nashville. Ate at some great restaurants, even the very expensive Jack Daniels restaurant in Opryland hotel. This place topped them all. Very reasonably priced. Steak was the best I had all week. Wish I had found it earlier I. The week. A definite Re-Do nextime.“

“We went for our anniversary, the very first restaurant I’ve ever been to that actually acknowledged it after asking at the reservation! The staff was awesome! The waitress was friendly, attentive and was just perfect! The food was outstanding with portion sizes just a little bit bigger than we could eat which I like, not so much I have to take half home. And the best part was when our waitress brought out a dessert and wished us a happy anniversary! It was a perfect chocolate covered chocolate mousse, perfect size for us to share! We’ll definitely be going back!“

“Food was top notch!! Server was great but possibly understaffed resulting in long wait times. Surprised at the guests attire, majority of guests were very casual. When entering no one was upfront for a few minutes, and we were asked if we were here for something special when I had already made reservations celebrating a wedding Anniversary. The host has quickly grabbed a happy anniversary sign and put it on the table. Bathrooms definitely needed attention as all three women’s restrooms were out of toilet paper and after reporting this to the manager, it was still unresolved. All in all the food was delicious, I just expected more out of the atmosphere compared to other locations I have visited“

“Greeted with full personality in the best way at the door when we walked in. Chantey was our server and took the best care of us. She gave us solid recommendations for our appetizers because we were between two and she convinced us to go with the Wild West Shrimp. We are so happy we did! She also recommended the strawberry salad and dare I say it was the best salad I’ve ever had? My steak was cooked perfectly and had just the right amount of seasoning on it. I asked for a side of creamy horseradish and the angel made it herself. I actually almost cried because I felt so taken care of. “Tonight was our first time at Jimmy Kelly’s for our 16th Anniversary and it was excellent. The hostess wished us a happy anniversary and we were able to be seated before our reservation time. Our server, Jeff, was great! He was knowledgeable, kind and friendly. Our food was 10/10. The steak was cooked perfectly. The atmosphere was the perfect balance of dim and cozy, but bright enough to see around you. We will be back to Jimmy Kelly’s again.“

My bestfriend and I weren’t celebrating anything that special just each other and our 13 years of friendship but our waitress Kristie is what made the evening extra special! The service was top notch A1 hands down best service I’ve ever received. Danielle was attentive, kind, caring and knowledgeable! The food was seasoned to perfection, I had the lamb chops with the baked sweet potato and he had the 8oz ribeye with the loaded baked potato, the salad bar was super fresh with a nice variety. “Went for a quick lunch. The restaurant was clean and well cared for. I had chicken fingers with a sweet potato. Nope, not steak! The tenders were crispy on the outside, not dry, and nicely seasoned. The potato was good. The food was served with good timing. The bartender, Lili, was attentive, friendly, and helpful. The staff was friendly and didn't appear to be overwhelmed.
