“It’s been a number of years since we frequented Kayne Prime due to a move out of state. Last night’s experience was excellent. We were celebrating my husband’s retirement and each staff member we encountered asked about it, congratulated him and took care to make it notable. You also upped your game with the cute goat cheese tarts and palette cleanser. Last night was truly an experience above the excellent meal you are known for. We are blessed to have dined in many high end restaurants and last night you especially rose to the top. Must shout out our server Matthew. He is so knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. Thank you for going above and beyond. It was a night and meal to remember!“

We weren’t sure what we wanted to order so our server gave us some recommendations that didn’t disappoint. From the drinks to the end we were checked on frequently. “I’ve visited Halls in Nashville several times, but last night was truly the best experience yet. My sister and brother-in-law came in from Memphis to celebrate my birthday, and everything—from the food to the service—was outstanding, as always. We were also fortunate to meet the owner, Tommy, who took the time to stop by our table. “My kids took me for my birthday. Walking in, the ladies at the front were very nice wishing me a happy birthday. Our waiter, Clifton, could not have been any nicer or attentive. My menu came with a Happy Birthday Anna written on it. The whole experience was really special. Everyone was just friendly and did their job over and above expectations. The food was very good. My daughter and I split a 12 oz Cowgirl ribeye which was perfect. My son got the Cowboy ribeye and he said it was amazing. The Mac n cheese was good. My DIL got the pasta primavera and she liked it. “We came here on a Friday evening and overall had a good experience. We tried 4 different cocktails and they were all very unique and tasted great. We ordered tomato basil soup which was the best I've ever had as well as a good caesar salad. We were a little disappointed in the entrees the blackened salmon and the fettuccine alfredo. We were also disappointed that the live music was just piano. We would have loved for them to sing 40s music. The price was a little steep as well as an unexpected $40 in taxes and a 3% credit card service fee. However the service was incredible and we still had a great time.“

“We went for our anniversary, the very first restaurant I’ve ever been to that actually acknowledged it after asking at the reservation! The staff was awesome! The waitress was friendly, attentive and was just perfect! The food was outstanding with portion sizes just a little bit bigger than we could eat which I like, not so much I have to take half home. And the best part was when our waitress brought out a dessert and wished us a happy anniversary! It was a perfect chocolate covered chocolate mousse, perfect size for us to share! We’ll definitely be going back!“

“Greeted with full personality in the best way at the door when we walked in. Chantey was our server and took the best care of us. She gave us solid recommendations for our appetizers because we were between two and she convinced us to go with the Wild West Shrimp. We are so happy we did! She also recommended the strawberry salad and dare I say it was the best salad I’ve ever had? My steak was cooked perfectly and had just the right amount of seasoning on it. I asked for a side of creamy horseradish and the angel made it herself. I actually almost cried because I felt so taken care of. From start to finish Chantey was attentive and let her kind and fun personality shine. You don’t get service like this at too many places anymore. We will definitely be back!“

I try to avoid franchise restaurants when traveling (so I can support smaller businesses) but I truly am glad I made this stop into this location. Porschea was our waitress and she is truly one of the best servers I have ever had. She was sooo sweet and welcoming. I kept asking her for her recommendations because I tend to be indecisive and she never seemed to have an issue despite all my questions. I went with the recommendations from her- and I was beyond satisfied with my meal. I truly hope Porschea receives recognition for her outstanding service.“
