“Had a great night at Longhorn in Brentwood and it's all due to wait staff and manager, Brandon. My spouse was running late due bad traffic and I went ahead and got a table and ordered. The traffic turned so bad that she showed up 25 minutes later. While I was waiting the manager came over to say hi and let me know not to worry and that our order would be brought out fresh no matter when my spouse showed up. The food did come out fresh and tasted great as usual. The people made the difference.“

“I ordered lunch to-go for 15 people with very short notice and not only did the restaurant make it happen, they did it with a great attitude! The food was delicious (almost every meal was different and there was not a single complaint from anyone). The to-go portion size was perfect, the containers they use are great (no spillage and my car didn’t smell like grilled salmon), they packed up extra condiments without me asking and had plenty of plasticware for the group. It was a top notch experience all around!“

“Eddie V’s Prime Seafood is one of the most respectable upscale restaurants in the city, and the food lives up to the hype! As their name implies, their seafood is fantastic, probably the best in the entire city! They have a policy that every seafood served at Eddie V’s was alive in the ocean less than 36 hours prior! Anything left over is donated, which is impressive! And you can taste its incredible freshness throughout the meal! There are only 30 locations of Eddie V’s in 15 states, but the quality is hardly reminiscent of chain restaurant food. It’s truly exquisite! And we have very high standard having dined at Michelin-starred eateries all over the world.

The scallops, lobster, and lobster bisque are easily the best in Nashville, and we’ve dined at every high-class restaurant Music City has to offer! The butter poached lobster mashed potatoes are incredible, extra creamy topped with buttery lobster and a beurre blanc sauce. The truffle mac is equally stupendous, with a three-cheese blend, truffle oil, and thinly shaved truffles imported from France! While most upscale restaurants tend to make a very strong truffle mac that has overpowering flavors, the chef at Eddie V’s manages to make this, and all dishes, subtle and flavorful without overdoing it.

Just as amazing as the seafood are the steaks. Since they had a Japanese A5 Wagyu in the building at $40 an ounce, something they don’t have every night, I took advantage of that! As expected, the highest grade of Japanese beef did not disappoint, and the chef prepared it to perfection. That impossibly tender steak seasoned beautifully just meted in my mouth, probably the second best steak I’ve eaten in Nashville! The ponzu sauce, one of three that accompanied the steak, was delicious. The Korean inspired gochujang was also good, but maybe not perfect for this style of steak. But the wasabi paste was the winner, a perfect compliment to the beef without being very spicy, just wonderfully flavorful. Like all dishes here, they’ve impeccably balanced flavor with subtly! The desserts aren’t bad either, but they pale in comparison to the beef, seafood, and side dishes!“

“My kids took me for my birthday. Walking in, the ladies at the front were very nice wishing me a happy birthday. Our waiter, Clifton, could not have been any nicer or attentive. My menu came with a Happy Birthday Anna written on it. The whole experience was really special. Everyone was just friendly and did their job over and above expectations. The food was very good. My daughter and I split a 12 oz Cowgirl ribeye which was perfect. My son got the Cowboy ribeye and he said it was amazing. The Mac n cheese was good. My DIL got the pasta primavera and she liked it. “This is one of the best restaurants in the Nashville area. Green Hills is always busy, so traffic can be overwhelming, but it’s so worth it. We’ve dined here a few times and from the food to the service it is exceptional. We have had Ari the past two times and she is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. She recommenced the scallops to my fiancee and they are AMAZING! My steak has been cooked perfectly every single time we have come and the taste is immaculate. I will always come back.

“My wife and I celebrated our 24th anniversary with dinner at Cork & Cow. Everything, EVERYTHING was absolutely perfect. Our reservation was for 9pm. We walked in at 8:45 and were seated immediately. Mike, our server, was quick to greet us and made excellent suggestions. I already knew I wanted the bone-in ribeye, but I wasn't settled on an appetizer. Mike suggested the pork belly: ABSOLUTE PERFECTION. My wife ordered the filet. Both steaks were well-seasoned and cooked perfectly. “We went for our anniversary, the very first restaurant I’ve ever been to that actually acknowledged it after asking at the reservation! The staff was awesome! The waitress was friendly, attentive and was just perfect! The food was outstanding with portion sizes just a little bit bigger than we could eat which I like, not so much I have to take half home. And the best part was when our waitress brought out a dessert and wished us a happy anniversary! It was a perfect chocolate covered chocolate mousse, perfect size for us to share! “We visited early on during The ice storm of 2026. The restaurant opened with three managers and a handful of employees as many of the employees could not make it in to work because of the ice on the roads. The managers were taking orders, washing dishes, running food, doing whatever to keep the restaurant open which was a blessing for so many people that were without power. Payne, a manager was especially helpful. Well done hosting people during the storm.“

“First the service! Karla was on top of her game! She met our needs, explained menu differences, made sure our drinks were full. We explained we wanted to take our time bc we never do and she made sure we did just that but kept us checked on and even had the perfect amount of socialization. We felt like a priority and could tell she makes all tables feel that way. Second, the food! Beef Wellington was spot on, salads are huge, Brussels are delicious and the steaks melt in your mouth!
